We made the decision to have American Mechanical replace our Air Conditioner Unit and I am very happy with the job they did. Yesterday Tony J. and Taylor B. arrived on time, they came in and introduced themselves, reviewed the work to be done and then got to work. During the process, if I had questions, Tony took the time to answer my questions. They were very polite, were respectful of our property and got the job done even faster then I expected. I asked if this was a local company and Tony said yes and talked about the philosophy of the company and the importance of having certified technicians. He also explained the 1 year homeowners warranty program and let me know about the other services that American Mechanical provided including home generators, electrical & plumbing. Once they was finished he went over everything with me. The Service Industry can be a tough business but with technicians like Tony and Taylor (who seems eager to learn) I can see why you are a successful company. Thanks again for a job well done!
