My experience with American Choice Van Lines was amazing!!!! We were very pleased with the way Julian and Thomas handled everything when they picked up the furniture in Walnut Creek. The reason i took the time to go on line and publish my thoughts is in order to make sure that customers know that American Choice Van Lines is a company that you wanna use and can trust. These guys deserve more then 5 stars. We started looking for a moving company a 2 months before the move. We filed out our detail in Internet. After 30 minutes we started to get phone calls for several moving companies. American Choice Van Lines was among the first companies to call. From the first conversation they sounded different from other companies. Their rep sounded less like a salesman he was relaxed, not pushy and very informative. He gave me the most information about moving in general and explained their policy. His quote wasn't the cheapest but very reasonable. After reviews several companies we decided to go with these guys. The day of the pickup a big track came to our house, one foreman and 2 movers. The foreman sat with me, we went over the contract. He answered all my questions. The movers worked quickly and quietly. Most of our stuff was packed but they packed our TV for us. It looked like we just got it from the store. All the furniture was wrapped with blankets and was tied down in the truck. The whole loading took like 2.5 hours, me and my son just looked at them work. As we saw them leave we arranged the house and next morning we got a taxi to the airport to catch our flight to Houston. We were told that the move will take up to 10 days to Midwest. And so it was, on the 7th day we got a call that our truck is close. In the evening we met them at our new home. 2 movers took everything inside the house. They even took some things upstairs to the 2nd floor at no charge for stairs. Everything went smooth and all our belongings came in one piece. The reason I'm writing here is because this move looked to me like a very big headache, but this company did a really good job. They moved me with my son smooth and sound. Thank you very much. more

I reserved the move day 10 days prior. The movers were phenomenal. They provide me with great customer service and speedy work. Their customer service department followed up with calls, answered all my questions and gave me an accurate estimate. I called around to several dozen other places, and American Choice Van Lines was by far the best deal. From a 3-story walk-up to a 2-story walk-up, the movers were quick but thorough and careful. I moved with American Choice Van Lines becuase of 3 things: 1. They were on the top of the list. 2. After talking with them on the phone, I felt they really know their business. The relocation specialist answered few questions I didnt think of asking. In short, my instincts told me it was ok. And so, 9am SHARP! The Foreman knocked on my door, and from there to having all my belongings on the new apartment, the way was not that long, and most important, stress-free. So think before you choose, and trust yourself. if something looks weird, it probably is. Check yourself and don't be scared of calling the AMSA (American Moving and Storage Association) or DOT. I moved from San Francisco to Charlotte NC. I?ve had so many stories by my friends telling me that their belongings had gotten ruined, or damaged, like one of my friends brand new computer! Well, I decided to check out city search and I found that American Choice Van Lines had the best reviews, so I gave it a try. I had the best experience I could ever ask for! The crew was so polite and so careful with my things, not even a scratch on anything, and they were affordable, and really cared about making my move affordable, fast, and hassle-free for my family and me. I used American Choice Van Lines for my move from Emeryville, to San Francisco, and I recommend them highly. Their customer service was very professional, and the movers were fantastic. They arrived early (I booked them for 2 pm and they arrived at 1:45 pm but didn't start billing until 2 ), worked very fast, delivered everything in perfect condition, and assembled all pieces of furniture as quickly as they packed them up. Moving is always stressful, but American Choice made my move as smooth as possible. At the beginning and end of the move, the movers reviewed the cost with me, so there were no surprises at destination. They met my expectations. more

moved form San Ramon, CA to Plano,TX. Movers showed up on time! They start wrapping my furniture and kitchen stuff. They packed everything fast and professionally. It took them 3 hours to pack and load everything on the truck (my 2 bedr. Apt.) After truck was loaded, I called to office to confirm details! Manager said everything will go smooth and sound. days after Dispatch department called me and they said their truck will arrive in TX in 3 days! Truck showed up on time, unloading process was fast, only 1.5hrs. They set up my bed, unwrapped my furniture! I am very pleased with the excellent service provided by American Choice Van Lines workers! My friend already booked with American Choice Van Lines! They met my expectation! Thank You very much!
