I had American Choice Van Lines help me with a move from San Francisco to Walnut Creek. They were very professional and courteous. Their sales rep. was very easy to work with on the phone and they were extremely quick, but also safe movers. All of my items were moved without issue. Also, they were very straight forward and fair in the time charges. I would definitely recommend American Choice Van Lines and in fact, I just recommended them to a coworker. more

I was surprised to find a company whose estimate finally came close to their services. The workers were quick and respectful which was also great to see. Too many companies seem more interested in the pay out to take care of the customers but not American Choice Van Lines! more

amazing discounts 10/17/2009

Just wanted to say a little bit about American Choice Van Lines. They did a great job I have referred 2 customers and received 25 dollars each for the referral program that they have, and on the second move I booked with them I received 5 % off my bill. There comes a time when people have to move, and unfortunately I had to move twice in one month. Fortunately however, I stumbled upon American Choice Van Lines! I had always heard horror stories of moving companies, but was extremely surprised when both moves went as smooth as they did. In fact it could not have gone better! American Choice hires people that when you meet them, you instantly feel comfortable having your belongings in their care. They are professional, respectable and caring both over the phone as well as in person. I had to move the date of one of my moves at a very short notice and they were very accommodating. Before, during and after the move they made sure to keep me informed about what they were doing at all times. As for the contract, there were especially informative about the paperwork so I was not shocked with any fees or unexplained details. American Choice Van Lines made my hectic experience stress free and enjoyable! more

very fast movers 10/16/2009

I had a GREAT experience with American Choice just a few weeks ago! These three great guys helped me set up my move and everything went SO smoothly. They were courteous to me on the telephone and called a few days prior to the move to confirm everything. I only had contact with the gentlemen who helped book my move but they were wonderful. I had never heard of the company but they had good deals and thankfully my things arrived in one piece. I am not sure how management is but the employees must enjoy it there because they were quite knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend American Choice Van Lines to anyone doing a local move. more

Twice great moves! 10/14/2009

We used American Choice Van Lines to pick up furniture in Portland OR and to move locally in the same month. The service was first class. Their sales department worked with us to get a fair estimate and the follow through was awesome. The movers were professional and efficient. There was not a scratch on our furniture or to our house. If we ever had to move again we would definitely use them. more

Fast moving 10/13/2009

My family moved from San Mateo to Austin. We have 2 children and lots of toys! American Choice Van Lines sent an estimator person to our home to estimate the cost and details of our move. The day of the pick-up we were scrambling to finish packing and get organized. The movers were on time and even called us 30 minutes prior to arrival. They disassembled some of our furniture, wrapped and secured the fragile pieces and even packed what we were unable to finish packing. They promised us delivery within 5-10 business days and a phone call 24 hours prior to the delivery. We received our belongings 7 days after the pick-up. There was nothing missing and nothing damaged. Also, we kept in touch with our sales person who would give us updates on the delivery. We were very happy with our move and highly recommend American Choice Van Lines. more

Smooth moving! 10/11/2009

Moving team arrived on time and did what would have taken my friends and I all day and all night in just a few hours. We were amazed at how hard and quickly the team worked and everyone was very friendly and pleasant. We're still opening up boxes but everything so far has been in great shape. We got an estimate from a popular moving company that wanted to charge 2 times as much! Sometimes the old adage "you get what you paid for" is not true. We got top notch service and I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to everyone I know who needs a mover. more

On 9/28/09 I had a residential move from San Francisco to Los Altos. The movers were fantastic! They arrived just before 9 AM, were courteous and extremely efficient. Their customer service was excellent. Likewise, before the move, every time I called American Choice Van Lines, or emailed , the customer service was also excellent. I will definitely recommend this moving company to others. more

From CA to Fl. 10/5/2009

As I was looking for a moving service on Google for a last minute move to Florida I learned about American Choice Van Lines. I bought my new place and had to plan a move only a week before I had to give away my rental. The service was professional and helpful from the first phone call, the lady with the moving company sent someone over for the next day, he then gave me a binding estimate, explained about things I was not aware of and gave me a few tips about how to save on the moving cost ,their estimate came up pretty close as I wanted them to pack some things I didn’t know how to wrap as well , that for itself was pleasant experience. Over all, nice clean and polite movers, great support service and a price that worth the treat. Will be using them for sure in the future if I have to move. make sure to get in home estimate, it really made the deference for me. more

GOOD MOVE 10/4/2009

I inquired about a residential interstate move to Utah and the next day I had someone over at my place for a visual estimate, he then showed me all calculation on his computer and suggested a few saving tips. I waited for two more quotes but knew I will end up with them, they showed professional costumer care and prepared for it like it was an army quest. They showed up on time. Movers started with misc packing and moved to furniture wrapping and carrying all outside to their trucks. All along they were polite and easy to talk to, the items arrived after 6 days to Utah with one minor damage to an old cheap furniture that I was doubtful about surviving the trip. In any case they compensated me and deduct it from the total balance. I would highly recommend to use their service. more

movers were amazing! 10/4/2009

I gave American Choice a very short notice of my need to move. They were very attentive to my needs. On the day of the move, the movers showed up right on time and got right to work. My entire apartment was loaded into the truck in 2 hours, and they paid attention to every detail, wrapping my furniture as needed, handling my breakable and expensive items with care as if it were their own. They drove non-stop from San Francisco to my new home in Portland, and were just as efficient unloading the truck as they were unloading. I would use them again anytime I needed to move, they two men they sent me were fantastic! more

I have recently graduated from college and needed a good price to move a considerable amount of items, though not as many as a typical move. I called to American Choice Van Lines, the rates were reasonable and they took care of everything. The movers were on time and had everything secured on the truck promptly. They even held my plants! I just want to leave here a reference for American Choice Van Line. These guys couldn’t have been any better. They were on time, reasonably priced and had my stuff moved in under 4 hours. Awesome job. Guys were friendly and professionals, they wrapped very careful my furniture with colored blankets. I wish other moving companies were half as good as this one. more
