We needed to move and had hired American Choice Van Lines, this was an excellent decision as the company was agreeing to go to any length to make sure we were happy and out shift was executed without any inconvenience to us. We were to move on Friday but as per a sudden change in requirement we needed to move the very next day which was Wednesday. The company representative Crystal was excellent; we spoke to her and requested her to accommodate us. She was excellent to make sure that we were not let down. She did manage to accommodate us for the very next day and the best thing was there was no change in price because we wanted an emergency move. Another fact also remains that the company did not make us any difficult terms and conditions neither did they have any hidden charges. I am very impressed with all their good as there was no damage at all. The boys also spent some extra time helping us to set the place up this was completely out of the arrangement and something they did out of their own free will. Their performance is something that we are very happy with and for their discipline and understanding I would definitely recommend them to all who are looking to move. Most companies would take this opportunity to increase the cost substantially but with American Choice Van Lines this was not the case. For this they have definitely have proved that they believe in honesty and customer happiness in the process.
