I've moved twice in the past few years, and they were both complete disasters. Once I had really bad damage done to my furniture, and the other time I got completely ripped off, but only found out later. I recently moved from KE to NY for a new job, and called American choice van lines after reading reviews online. They were really great on the phone, and helped me coordinate the delivery so that it arrived right when I did. They even packed up my entire china set for just a little extra, and did a great job handling everything, I mean, I probably would have broken a few accidentally, so I guess I'm glad I didn't! I hardly did anything from the time they arrived, except bring the guys some water and watch from the side. Their work was so perfect that in the full packing process I never really spoke to them. Also when the goods arrived I checked the inventory and found that everything was in order there was no damage and the move was a complete text book move in every manner. My friend is moving to IL next month, and I've already told him to call these guys. The way I see it, I know they're professional and honest, which are both rare in moving, so I'm going to stick with them and recommend them. Whenever I used professional movers I suffered like anything. Though every time I researched before I booked any movers but the result remained same! So, this time I randomly called several movers and decided to hire American Choice Van lines after speaking to one of their phone representatives. When I spoke with their sales rep Mike, I was offered a very reasonable price and the submitted a perfect moving plan. I did not have to wait for the movers because they arrived in time at the moving day. Movers kept everything simple, they never tried to experiment much, they kept the basics right and kept their focus till the completion of the move. They were very co-ordinate in their move and kept everything in a segregated manner to make sure that we could locate it when it reached our new house in Pennsylvania. I was happy to see them packing all my belongings nicely and loading smoothly on the truck. When they delivered the goods, they were running ahead than the schedule and when I checked the inventory I saw all the stuffs are damage free. It was truly a great experience using them. Working with them has been an exceptional experience as I have had no trouble at all. I recommend American Choice Van lines for all kind of moves. My brother is also looking to move from NY to NJ I would definitely be recommending you and I am sure he would take my advice and hire you eventually. more

They did a great job then and they did a great job a week ago when they moved me back again. They also moved my parents in the mean time and did a great job then too. Actually my parents were looking to shift close to me, this was because we had been living apart due to the nature of my job. For many years we were just able to meet on Christmas and Thanks Giving but we felt that it was about time that we spent more time together. My parents thus decided to move near me and American Choice Van Lines has done a great job to make this possible for us. They took care of storing my stuff for me in San Francisco for about a month, and nothing was broken or damaged when they got here. The guys that came to my home worked fast, were friendly and professional, and did a great job. In an industry where there are lots of scary stories... I trust these guys and I will only and only hire them if I am ever to move in the future. I also recommend them to anyone looking to move homes as they will make your shift tireless and absolutely trouble free. more

I used American Choice Van Lines to move from NJ to IL in Jul of this year. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I spoke with Vlad and Crystal in the sales office and Peter was my foreman for the pickup and delivery. Their price stuck and the service I required was the service I received. There was no price escalation right till the end and all went just as we had agreed in the very beginning. They packed everything for me including boxes and did a great job. I had actually to do nothing but just sit and see that all was going fine and to speak the truth it just was great. I received an email from their customer care department BEFORE the move letting me know all their contact information should something go wrong. The customer care department was constantly in touch with me till the move finished and they kept furnishing me with information and updated on my delivery. I only needed it to call and thank them and let them know everything went well, so I decided to post this review. This is like a token of appreciation which I promised the company and I am just doing the same. We are going to move my mother and father up to IL next fall and I will be using American Choice Van Lines and I am certain the move will be the same and my old lady will have no complains. One of the worst things that one would do in life is move or shift. I have always hated to move and I am yet of that opinion. I have shifted three times but I must say that my shift with American Choice Van Lines has definitely been the best. We had no problem at all and the company gave us a reasonable quote. They did increase the price but this was because I cancelled the previous arrangement and shifted a date which I requested earlier on a short notice. The cost did go up by hundred bucks but I think it was my fault as I did pester them to accommodate my on the previous arrangement. Rest seemed like never before. It was like mannered people who had come home and were working nonstop. Well I did offer them some soft drinks and they managed to complete the work rather quickly. I had contacted some other companies as well but they never seemed honest and were constantly requesting me to enter into an agreement. This is something I never wanted as I needed to be sure that I was hiring the correct company. American Choice Van Lines did a stunning job and delivered the whole delivery without any damage. I wish I were never to move again in my life but if I would I am sure I would only hire the services of American choice van lines. They were absolutely worth the money I paid for my moving and packing. more

Peter was a great consultant to work with and was a straight shooter from the beginning, which is why I chose American Choice Van Lines. I felt that they were the most honest and direct and made me feel like I knew what I was getting. They also seemed very practical as not like they were money suckers or like they were trying to get my card details or were trying to secure a payment out from me. These guys worked their tales off to get my move done in time, at no point of time it seemed like they were wasting time or were disinterested in the job. The crew was very polite and professional and took care handling my stuff. The packing was extra ordinary and it made sure that there was no damage during the transportation. They however took the time to introduce themselves and made me feel comfortable that my belongings were in good hands. I really appreciate the extra care they took of all my stuffs by marking the fragile stuff with stickers, it was a mission but they got it done and with no troubles! Crystal did my estimate, and she gave me so much information about not only what ACVL could do for me, but about how moving works in general and how to make sure I have a safe move. So even though ACVL was not the less expensive, I did choose them because of their guarantee on the price. Crystal gave me a flat price that was all inclusive and would not increase under any circumstances. The price would also be the same if the amount of work is to increase. And the move was just how she described it, careful protection of my furniture and the movers handled every piece and box very carefully at each end. They even put extra blankets on my sofa because I was worried about it getting damaged. Big thanks to everyone at American Choice Van Lines, especially Crystal for helping to make sure that my estimate was done right and also Gordon and his team of packers which ensured that we had no trouble at all with the move. So if you are interested to move please give American Choice Van Lines some priority. more

My daughter needed to move out of her home that she had lived in for almost 10 years and into a place near me, we really had no idea how to get her all packed up and out of there without all of us having to take time off work and travel down to Pennsylvania. Luckily for us we were referred to American Choice Van Lines by a neighbor who had used them and said they would be able to take care of everything for us. And sure enough they did, they packed everything in the home so that my daughter didn't have to do a thing except look. The movers showed up with everything needed, there was no talk of being underprepared or needing a bigger truck, nothing. We got updates on when her things would be delivered and this was something that we really appreciated. All of daughters stuff arrived in one piece and seemed absolutely perfect in condition, when we opened the boxes we saw how nicely the movers had prepared everything before sealing the boxes. It shows how seriously they take moving and that they want to make sure that nothing gets damaged. We are so thankful to American Choice Van Lines and everyone should use them as I am sure they won’t let you down and would support you and go out of the way to make sure that you don’t have any problems in the shift. That is why I spent a good amount of time researching and finally decided to go for American Choice Van Lines. When I called them I talked with the sales rep. He was very professional and honest. He never tried to push me to hire them; instead he discussed the loop holes of my move. I hired American Choice Van Lines and my expectations were sky high. It was really good when I noticed that their movers are delivering better than my expectations. The best part of the packers was their alertness; they never really needed any guidance and were able to identify what needed to be done before we instructed them to do. They were punctual, skilled, committed, focused, innovative and very friendly. The way they managed to provide an error free, stress free and timely move simply deserved to be praised a lot. The delivery reached on time and the packers helped us to set the hose up exactly how we wanted and this was very nice of them. They only left after approximately 75-80 % of our house setting was done. I thank the sales guy and all 3 movers for their excellent support and for the fantastic outcome. It was a wonderful surprise to be provided with excellent professional service! The guy from American Choice Van Lines was very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. He was able to provide a quote within minutes that didn't require the engagement of lawyers to pour over messy. It was in fact quiet simple as we analyzed the work to be done, people required and the man hours to be put in by the packers. We also got a brief understanding over the distance the goods needed to be transported. After all this was done we got on to a fixed price and that was it. After reading other reviews regarding the stack able boxes they offered, they were happy to drop them off weeks before my move so that I could pack with easy and comfort. Again this helped reduce the man hours and the packers basically just needed to pack what we could not manage or the really big stuff. American Choice Van Lines was even able to accommodate my last minute "time" change from morning to afternoon without any fuss, I was immensely grateful. I have recommended them to friends who recently move, that is how confident I am in their awesome service. With the quality of service American Choice Van Lines has provided us, I have no hesitation to rate them as one of the country’s best in terms moving long distance or even interstate. These guys were real pros and they packed our stuff very professionally. Looking at the outcome of their packing we were sure that even if the driver was to drive on a bumpy road we would have no damage at all. They were also friendly, something I did not expect, the packers were very courteous and they paid great attention to our requests and packed as per our instructions. The moment the truck was parked; these guys were all hands on deck. Also, we were moving into a 4 floor walk-up these guys did an amazing job and especially without any mechanical assistance in terms of an elevator. The price paid was well worth it for this kind of service; to be honest it was cheaper that what some of my friends had paid for the move of a similar distance. They also managed to deliver everything on time and that too as agreed. I would highly recommend American Choice Van Lines. These guys know what they're doing and really blow it away on execution.
