DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. Unless you want your vehicle worked on only enough to get you out the door. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change thinking that the last time they took a long time but they seemed genuine in their apology. Who would think that a company who prides itself on being in business for 50 years would be anything other than who they appear to be? I went in with a perfectly good vehicle despite it being almost 10 years old and after almost two weeks the drain plug fell out along with all my oil on another states highway leaving me stranded with a two hour wait for a tow truck. When I finally got a hold of Kane Thibodeaux, Manager, he refused to take responsibility and insisted that could never happen unless I had messed with it. He went on to say that the other company who told me my drain plug was missing was possibly to blame. How would they be to blame for a drain plug they never touched? Now I am left with out a vehicle and it has been a week since I rented a car to get to their shop and made a claim. No one has returned my calls or seems to care that do to their negligent service I am with out a reliable vehicle that once was. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE! more

HORRIBLE!! Do NOT go there under any circumstances!! Went for an oil change and car wash. The car wash was ok - nothing special. The oil change - that's another story. The workers are rude! It almost 2 hours for just the oil change and that's AFTER it was pulled into the bin!!! I was talking with other customers about why it was taking so long. I made the comment that there was nothing special about my truck and I had it done in less than 30 minutes at several other places like Jiffy Lube, Toyota, etc. The lady behind that counter then yelled this out to us "This is NOT an EXPRESS or JIFFY lube place" I find that interesting/funny since the NAME of place has the word EXPRESS in it! But here's the best part - they charged me 39.99 for the "full service" oil change (that's fine). THEN - $7 that they supposedly add on for ALL Toyota vehicles (no one told me of this), $7 more because apparently there's a guard where the oil has to be released that has 10 whole screws on it, then $15 more because they had to put "extra oil" in it. None of the "extras" were told to me before they did the work. So - with all of that + the $14.95 car wash - I paid $89 for a car wash and oil change. Absolutely ridiculous!!! They USED to have a government account - not anymore! I made sure that was changed as soon as I left. more

The owner is very rude to the customers when they report a damage, and says that you bought you vehicle in with the damage and that they are not responsible. Forget about trying to get compensated for the damage. Instead you will get abused. Customer service is as poor as it gets in this institution. I will NOT recommend this car wash to anyone. You are better off driving a dirty vehicle rather than using this car wash and leaving with mirrors broken, or body scratched up. Cons: Always some damage to your vehicle more

This problem happened at the beginning of 2009. I brought my car to Ambassador Car wash to get it washed and buffed. When I got it back, I had spots of paint burned off the back off my bumper. When I told them about it, they just said it was already like that, but if you look at it you can tell it was done by a buffer. I brought it to a few specialist and they said it was done by a buffer. I tried to talk to the owner, but they said he was in a meeting and couldn't talk to me. I tried calling every day for a few months, and every time they said he was in a meeting, and one day they finally told me that he did not want to talk to me. I told them I was getting a lawyer and they told me to go ahead because they have the best lawyer and I would just waste my money. Pros: non Cons: Damaged my car and I am a hard working college student more

F My vehicle's paint was chipped when it was waxed. No apology was given, the blame is trying to be shifted, and the owner has not yet gotten back to me. I suggest going to Todd's car wash it is accredited. Pros: none Cons: damaged my vehicle more

The sales girl just handed me a menu clip board and didn't talk to me, except to tell me to go inside. Pros: They put a towel down on the ground so I don't get my mats dirty when getting back in. Cons: They didn't use the towel themselves, and there was a footprint on the mat. more
