DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. Unless you want your vehicle worked on only enough to get you out the door. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change thinking that the last time they took a long time but they seemed genuine in their apology. Who would think that a company who prides itself on being in business for 50 years would be anything other than who they appear to be? I went in with a perfectly good vehicle despite it being almost 10 years old and after almost two weeks the drain plug fell out along with all my oil on another states highway leaving me stranded with a two hour wait for a tow truck. When I finally got a hold of Kane Thibodeaux, Manager, he refused to take responsibility and insisted that could never happen unless I had messed with it. He went on to say that the other company who told me my drain plug was missing was possibly to blame. How would they be to blame for a drain plug they never touched? Now I am left with out a vehicle and it has been a week since I rented a car to get to their shop and made a claim. No one has returned my calls or seems to care that do to their negligent service I am with out a reliable vehicle that once was. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!
