This problem happened at the beginning of 2009. I brought my car to Ambassador Car wash to get it washed and buffed. When I got it back, I had spots of paint burned off the back off my bumper. When I told them about it, they just said it was already like that, but if you look at it you can tell it was done by a buffer. I brought it to a few specialist and they said it was done by a buffer. I tried to talk to the owner, but they said he was in a meeting and couldn't talk to me. I tried calling every day for a few months, and every time they said he was in a meeting, and one day they finally told me that he did not want to talk to me. I told them I was getting a lawyer and they told me to go ahead because they have the best lawyer and I would just waste my money.
