They are professional, and reasonable. I had some issues, but they worked with me on price and solved that. Any company who listens to their costumers is fine by me. more

A few months ago my Ac was working but very noisy, a company came out and said it was the compressor and it would cost $2100 to replace, since the unit was working me and my husband decided to save our money and call them when we had the cash. We now are ready for the replacement and but decided to call another company just to make sure and see if I actually got a good deal. I called AFA and got fast speedy service a tech by the name of Chris came out and confirmed the diagnoses, but he didn't quote me right then and there he said he wanted to research the compressor within 15 minutes the office called and told me that the compressor was under warranty!!! I was so happy the charge dropped down over 70%!! Thank you AFA for being a very honest company!! Highly recommened!! more

Initially, I had posted a venomous review about this company due to some issues that I had with my original install of my new A/C unit. To my surprise, I just had a 30 minute with the owner of the company who went above and beyond to make things right. The man who installed my A/C unit was very unprofessional but was new to the company and needless to say he no longer works for All Florida Appliance. I was very impressed with the owner and her genuine disdain and apologies for how my install went. I can't say I've ever had a company be this kind, compassionate and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I'm a satisfied customer. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend others to do so. Thanks again Miss Carolin (the wonderful receptionist) and Miss Heather (the owner) for your excellent service. more

This company not only billed my credit card the wrong amount, but they lost their copy of the invoice which their tech had written my card information on. When i contacted them not only was i told that it was not their concern but when i asked about the total they didn't even have an answer. Not only was i over charged, i had to call them back within a week for the same repair. The tech who came out advised me that he would have to bill me once again saying someone must have come in the night and taken parts from my ac unit.(i live in a gated community) Not only do i have a non working ac unit, but i had to cancel my credit cards. When we call them were told that the owner, Sherif Ibrahim does not come to the office and does not accept calls, when asked for management were told that no one is available. We welcomed to leave a note for them and someone can call us back. Well its been 3 weeks and 4 calls and its just the same thing. When you look them up online, not only do they work out of a house, their license shows inactive in more than one business name and active again in another,..Makes you ask your self why would they ever change names or owners with the same last names... more

This company has been called out three times in the last two months to fix my ac unit; two of those three times has been for the same problem. The lady that answers phones there has been extremely rude and has even blamed me for there mistake. The have no showed all two times they have came out, and it took me calling them to find out they were not going to show up. The other time i was told between 10-12 then at 2pm i called then they told me 4-6 then the guy showed up after 6. They just leave you wondering if they will or will not show up. If you want your appliances fixed in a timely manor and correct, do not use this company. more

First impression was great then once they had our $ they could care less about pleasing us or giving us what we PAID for. Our dryer coil needed replacement so we order the part through them. When my husband (a handyman my trade) installed the part, the part blew. We brought it into them the next day. They blamed us for poor installation, despite the fact my husband could do these in his sleep. They said they were going to get a replacement part and we would have it the following week.After four days we called to check the status. "I'll look into it and call you back". No call returned. Two days later, same thing. Then we started calling every day for 2 weeks trying to get an answer, with the same response "I have to ask someone else to get your answer". No one had an answer and just passed us off to waiting for the ellusive person that did, to call us back. After 3 weeks for a family of 8 trying to live without a dryer, no cash returned and no part # to try and get a new part on our own....we demanded to talk to the owner. "We'll have him call you".....same story. Every day for a week. "We'll have him call you". Eventually my husband told them he was calling the BBB and News Channel 8. The owner called and offered us 50% of what we paid or for us to buy another dryer from him. We told him we were already dissastified with his business and werent interested in anything else from them. Supposedly our full amount should be on our debit card tommorrow. more

all florida appliance and ac is a reliable and great company to fix any ac or heating needs or appliances i highly recommend this company for anyone that comes across it this company is always on time and does professional work as well never had a problem with them ever.. love the company and will stay with it... more

This company is the worst. I placed a warranty request on my refrigerator through my home warranty company American Home Shield. All Florida was the vendor that was called by AHS. The tech came out the same day and said the compressorwas bad. This was on a Friday. The part did not get ordered until Monday afternoon. It was coming form Chicago. It took 7 days for the part to come in. It was not on back order, it was shipped gound service. Now remember we are talking about a refrigerator, an applicance that is neccesary to the normal function of a household. By the time the part was installed 13 days had passed. At no time was I given the option to have the part overnighted. I would have paid any price for that since I had already paid $40 in ice to keep at was left of my food cool in three coolers on my patio. When the tech came to install the compressor, he said that a relay should have come with the compressor. It did not, but instead it came with a re build kit. Well of course the re build kit was the wrong one. The relay had to be ordered. Another four days had passed before the tech came back out and installed the right part. This part was coming from Jacksonville. Again no consideration for the customer. The relay should have been overnighted as well. Fifteen days passed with no refrigerator. Some things can wait but a families refrigerator? This company gets a zero for customer service. All they had to do was ask about getting the pasrts here faster. Even though the repair was through the warranty company, I should have been given the option of having the parts overhighted. more

I've had All Florida to my home several different times over the years!! I have fantastic service regardless if it was for an appliance or air conditioning issue. Each time I call for service I get prompt and courteous service and the fees are always within my price range! Love it!! more

Kudos to All Florida Appliance & AC! I've used them twice thru my warranty. Each time the technician has been professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They make every attempt to completely service their customers the same day. I'm grateful for the work that they've provided for my family. Realizing that they already have clients scheduled for each day but still make every attempt to fulfil the same day service requests as well gives them an A rating from our family. I would like to take this time to apologize to any customer who felt as if they were mistreated by me (Melisa). For the customer that wrote the last review, I remember this as if it were yesterday. I know you did tell me the unit may have been low on freon. But being the fact that my technicians ran over 15 emergency calls and used up all there freon over the weekend and unable to refill until monday, I still decided to send him because like you said "you think it was low on freon" so I took it upon myself to send him to look at your unit, so at least we knew what we were looking at. And I made the right choice because you did'nt need freon you had a leak in your coil which requires a leak search and you decided not to wait for us to preform the leak search. So once again I apologize for any misscommunication more

If there were an option for zero stars, this company would get a big fat goose egg. I totally agree with the person who said this company is the worst. We had a very poor experience with them. Our air conditioning was not cooling the house. We were referred to this company through our home warranty service. We made an appointment, and they called to say they had cancellations and needed to come earlier. We could not accommodate and asked to keep our set appointment time. They said they could not come at our set time, and that if we did not let them come earlier, it would be the next day. We agreed ... even though it was Easter day. The technician arrived two hours after they called and told us he was on his way. He finally arrived and seemed irritated to even be here. He hooked up a gage to the unit and confirmed what we thought -- which was that the unit needed freon. He informed us that he did not have any freon on his truck. Very surprising, since we told Melissa that the problem was likely low freon. Why would you send a technician without the proper equipment? And by the way, he said he wasn't even a technician, just an employee. WTF? To top it all off, when we told him we were not happy with the situation nor the service this company provided, he laughed, got in his truck, and left. This is the worst and most unprofessional service we've had from any company we've dealt with. Terrible. more

First of all, thanks All Florida Appliance to help me out to replaced my AC UNIT. I bought my house 10 years ago and my AC unit was not working well, plus my electric bill every month was very high. I called them and they come right away to analyze the situation and recommended me to buy a new AC unit. At first I did not want to spend the money because of the economy that is very bad and money is very hard to get now days. But then, they told me that with the new AC units they are very safe sufficient and I would save some money on the long term. I thought about it and made the decision to get the top of the line AC UNIT - YORK and they come right away to installed the unit which they did very nicely and professional. They did a GREAT JOB to install, much and much better that the one that I have before. I even got from the old unit location, I got a extra storage because the new unit they installed up in the garage giving me extra space in the garage. I got also a great deal of saving on my electric bill every month with the AC unit that they recommended. I noticed right away, that I got 50% less on my electric bill - actually I got the bill from last year to compare the usage and it was great saving. Every month I am saving at least 50% then a year ago and I calculated that in 3 to 4 years this AC unit will be paid off just from the savings of my electric bill. I very much would recommended ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE because they are Honest, professional, reliable, and got great prices. Now if I have a problem with any of my home appliance I call them. I have doing business with All Florida Appliances for about 10 years. They are prompt, reliable, and competitively price. Their technicians are professionally trained and pleasant do deal with. No job for them is too big or too small. I have made major purchases of furnace systems and have had them repair small appliances. I recommend All Florida Appliances without reservation. more

Our AC broke on what seemed to be the hottest day of the year ! My kids were crying and sweating and we couldn't wait to breathe again! I called ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE and they sent me a technician on the same day ! He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and fixed my AC in a few hours. They are very reasonably priced and I was grateful that they took care of the problem immediately ! Great service! more

All Florida Appliance and Air Conditioning is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. To start they were supposed to call us at a specific time to set up our service and instead I ended up having to call them three times before someone would finally talk to us. Then their tech showed up over 2 hours late with no explanation. The tech replaced what was supposedly the problem and within 30 minutes of him leaving the A/C was again not working. When we called back they said it was too bad and we would have to wait a few days till they could get us back on the schedule. Finally we got back on the schedule and again, the tech did not show up on time and never did. We tried to talk to Melissa in the office and she did nothing but give attitude and say she has caller ID so she won't answer our calls. This company is not worth doing business with, look somewhere else instead. more

All Florida came out within a day of calling, to service/clean our AC unit. They didn't try to sell us anything extra. The technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly. He gave us advice, and made a few suggestions. It took about 1 hour, and I didn't have to clean anything up! I was so satisfied, that I called them back the next day to inquire about UV lights. I'm not usually allergic, but my eyes had been itchy and watery for a while (overabundance of pollen? construction dust? not sure...) I read that UV lights can help allergy sufferers by sort of sterilizing the air flow into the system/house. I found that All Florida is experienced in this type of installation. So, I asked them to come back and install a UV light. A different technician came out the next day, and installed the light. Again, quick and tidy, no problems. The light seems to be eliminating a lot of the indoor irritants that had been causing my eyes to react. They also service appliances. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for AC or other appliance issues! more
