Review content:
All Florida Appliance and Air Conditioning is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
To start they were supposed to call us at a specific time to set up our service and instead I ended up having to call them three times before someone would finally talk to us. Then their tech showed up over 2 hours late with no explanation. The tech replaced what was supposedly the problem and within 30 minutes of him leaving the A/C was again not working. When we called back they said it was too bad and we would have to wait a few days till they could get us back on the schedule. Finally we got back on the schedule and again, the tech did not show up on time and never did.
We tried to talk to Melissa in the office and she did nothing but give attitude and say she has caller ID so she won't answer our calls. This company is not worth doing business with, look somewhere else instead.
