Dentist not very informative about the problem or future issues or causes of problems. Seems like he just wants to get his work done and move on to the next patient. Poor consulta...

one suggestion 8/16/2011

My experience continues to be excellent. All dentist and assistants to me are top rated as the best available. Only one suggestion, in that when one has major work done, as is usually my case, the sit time in the chair is long, as in an hour or more. It would help if during the time periods of ten minutes or more that is knowned by the assistant to happen if they would notified the patient as such incase they need to visit the bathroom, as not to puts the patient in a stressful condition that can appear as stress to the dentist while its just a need to pee :) thanks Doug more

I Love ALL DENTAL 8/15/2011

I slept through my appointment this morning -- have never done that in my life, long story. However, it didn't matter to All Dental. They rebooked me for an hour later. My dental hygienist is great -- so thorough. She caught problems my last dentist didn't catch. Doctor Urban is also great. Professional and personable. I highly recommend All Dental. more

Good so far! 8/9/2011

I am afraid of the dentist and seein Dr Mazo for sedation dentistry. Dr Mazo and his staff were very friendly, gentle and understanding. I have a lot of work to be done and I need to come up with the money to pay for the portion my isurance won't. They offered me financing and other alternatives so I can make this happen. I hope to save the money over the next couple of weeks and be back at Dr Mazo's by summers end. I would reccomend All Dental to those who are interested in sedation dentistry or any dentistry for that matter. more

good value, professional, clean and efficient 8/3/2011

i don't have dental insurance. marina does a fabulous job of cleaning and polishing my teeth and i feel the $81 charge is very much worth the out of pocket expense. they are friendly and it's a nice atmosphere to come to. quick and professional too - you can be in and out in less than 35 min. for a check up. more

Love All Dental! 7/11/2011

I am generally nervous about visiting the dentist's office, but I love All Dental--particularly my hygenist who I see every three months. He does the best cleanings! I also love the front desk staff who are always friendly (in person or on the phone) and call if there are any changes in your appointment. The facility is clean and modern and all my appointments have always run on-time. I have convinced my husband and son to change dentists and start going there, too. I give All Dental my highest recommendation. more

unprofessional front desk 7/6/2011

I have no complaint with the tech cleaning my teeth. I did not appreciate the receptionist yelling across the waiting room that I didn't have insurance which I did. There were three people in the waiting room listening. It was none of their business and they didn't need to listen to that conversation. I should have been called to the desk to discuss this matter in a private conversation. more

Fine doctors and techs, terrible front office process 6/26/2011

Getting hit with a >$2K bill was an unpleasant surprise. 1. No warning had been given. 2. The bill was not itemized. 3. Your receptionist was both friendly and helpful when it came to connecting me with an insurer, but I have no idea what information was shared with them, and as a result have no assurance that HIPAA guidelines were followed. I am sure you appreciate that this is a significant and legitimate concern. more
