I have no complaint with the tech cleaning my teeth. I did not appreciate the receptionist yelling across the waiting room that I didn't have insurance which I did. There were three people in the waiting room listening. It was none of their business and they didn't need to listen to that conversation. I should have been called to the desk to discuss this matter in a private conversation.
