Had a very bad experience where this office told me I needed A LOT of work. Got a second opinion and turns out my teeth were just fine. If you go here, I strongly suggest second opinions! more

All Dental lives up to its name. In one visit I have all services available to me, in addition to new technology-- X-rays, cancer scan, high-tech cleaning, a quick consult with the periodontist,lots of laughter with a great team, and a box of dental supplies to support our troops. And if that's not enough they are providing discounts to Fallon patients, who suddenly lost their dental coverage. What's not to love! Professional and personable. They have raised the bar on dental care! more

broken tooth 9/7/2011

Had a broken tooth on Sunday. Called first thing on tuesday when they opened and got an appt the same day. The were able to get me right in and take care of my problem right away. Dr Lender and his nurse were very good as usual and everything went well. Have a follow up in a few weeks and am very pleased with the outcome. Excellent experience. more

Excellent experience so far! 8/30/2011

I just had my initial appointment with All Dental in Westboro and it was amazingly comfortable. They let me know everything that needs to be done and an estimate of how much it will cost. I scheduled most of the work needed for one day, I will be medicated and the work will be completed in 4 hours, one day, one recovery process. This has extrememly helped my dental phobia! Highly recommended. more

First Experience at All Dental 8/27/2011

Take an appointment time on a Saturday with one day's notice. Couple that with minimal wait time, lovely receptionists and a caring attitude. Add an honest assessment, a crown procedure with no pain, fuss or constant chatter among the professionals working on me. It added up to a wonderful experience. Although it can be difficult to change dentists I need flexibility because of my job. The expertise, fair pricing and skill at All Dental added up to a win win situation. All Dental is my new practice. Thanks for such a great experience, I've always had a fear of dentists, no more! more

They were all excellent. From the time that I entered the office to the time I left. Your staff made me very comfortable. They answered all my questions in plain easy to understand English. Also, having Televisions in each room makes the time fly. Thank you again. Neal Ulitsky more

All Dental is fabulous! 8/26/2011

I recently had 8 cavities and a cleaning taken care of by DR. Mazo and his assistant. I required sedation as I am extremely fearful of the dentist. We were a little bit concerned that the sedation would be inadequate due to some other health problems I have, but I am pleased to report the sedation was more than adequate. I don't even remember the whole ordeal and that makes me very happy! Both my mother (she was my required ride) and myself were extremely impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone at All Dental, from the receptionist to DR. Mazo himself. I was completely blown away that both the office and the Dr. himself called my later in the day to make sure I was feeling ok from the procedure. Everyone at All Dental is fabulous and I would reccomend them highly to anyone looking for a competent dentist and pleasant appointment, whether you are afraid of the dentist or not. more

Very rude 8/26/2011

The woman that works at the westborough all dental told me my insurance didn't cover fillings in a very rude manner. Further more she disregarded my statement that I had just talked to my insurance agency and they told me they did cover it and if the dentist office had a problem they could call a number which I gave to the woman. The woman refused to call and disregarded everything I said. I found the whole ordeal very rude considering she did the exact same thing the last time I went and was very wrong about what my insurance company covered. I plan to switch dentists. more

no way to run a company 8/20/2011

On every visit before I left I asked how much I owed you checked with my ins. Gave me a bill and I paid it when I left the 1st time a month later u billed me another $450 witch I paid 2nd visit you gave me a bill I paid when I left and 3 months later you billed me $63 more both times you gave me an utilized bill I did not pay and sent it to collection witch I settled for $30 this is no way to run a company I wish I let the 1st bill go to collection and settle for half I will never use alldental again nor will any one I know more

Delays 8/16/2011

There is always a 10-15 min delay. Last time I had completed my cleaning but they said the doctor needs to take a look, I was shifted to another room and the doctor took nearly 30 min, before his 30 sec inspection. I think everyone's time is precious. I like the hygienist, they seem confident, they seem to know their job. The doctors could learn a little more courtesy. more
