My experience continues to be excellent. All dentist and assistants to me are top rated as the best available. Only one suggestion, in that when one has major work done, as is usually my case, the sit time in the chair is long, as in an hour or more. It would help if during the time periods of ten minutes or more that is knowned by the assistant to happen if they would notified the patient as such incase they need to visit the bathroom, as not to puts the patient in a stressful condition that can appear as stress to the dentist while its just a need to pee :) thanks Doug
