Dentist not very informative about the problem or future issues or causes of problems. Seems like he just wants to get his work done and move on to the next patient. Poor consulta...

Dentist great, receptionist isn 6/4/2011

The dentist is professional and provides good explanations of what he's doing. The receptionist complained when I asked her to reschedule my cleaning so that I could get a cavity filled and a cleaning in the same visit. Apparently this was too much work for her, because she made next to no effort to search the calendar and made the appt 3 months in advance, huffing the whole way through. I will be choosing a different dentist just to avoid dealing with that receptionist and the fact that it takes 3 months to get in for a cleaning. They need to hire more dental hygienists! more

every time i have gone for an appointment i have had to wait almost an hour even when im there on time. I can not do that when i have 2 young children with a babysitter. The cleanings were fine. more

I walked in on a Saturday morning although not a patient. I was able to see a dentist who repaired my broken cap and consulted with me. Great service and manner at a good price is not the norm anymore, but my visit to All Dental in Westboro was a great experience! more

Prepayment prior to Insurance payment 4/18/2011

Although prepayment is better for your practice as it ensures payment, it is not good for the customer. Am sure many like me have overpaid, do you reconcile a/c & gv refunds?? The service was good butu it seems that you are over zealous to ensure that you do get paid more

My First Appointment 4/12/2011

I never thought I would write this about a dentist.... It was a great experience. The atmosphere was modern and clean. The front staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Lenard is a Master at his craft. His assistants worked as an extension of him. The Dentist didn't even tell the assistant once to do anything. They worked very fast, and it was virtually painless. more
