Hired All American Van Lines to move me from a 1 bedroom condo to another 1 bedroom condo. The movers (Lee and Patrick )arrived on time the day of my move and moved all of my furniture and personal items to the new condo without damage to the items or the walls of either building. They even informed the front desk at both buildings that the move was complete and that the elevators could be taken off of service mode. more

I am very much motivated to make a review on All American Van Lines. They were responsive when I first called and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I got a price quote that sounded reasonable and the total came out right at the estimate. On moving day they showed up on time and got all of our stuff out of our old place and over to the new one quickly. Every box and piece of furniture made it and nothing was damaged.Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, and we really felt like we were in good hands. more

I needed to move my stuff over the course of a weekend. My friend who had used All American Van Lines before suggested I give them a call and it was the best decision i made. Ronnie, their main guy, was amazing. they were able to send out a truck last minute. (i realized i needed to move Friday day, and they were able to send out a truck and 2 movers Saturday morning! more

Nothing to complain 8/27/2012

We used All American Van Lines for a short move within the City. The team of 3 was prompt, and fast professionals . I would like to comment that the movers appeared to be quick but were not perfect in delivering the service as they broke a door on an armoire once which luckily did not pinch us much and I managed to get it easily repaired from our end. They were a honest bunch of movers and I think they were still capable and came out to be better at the end of the move if I have to compare them with other moving companies. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

We got this company recommended through a common friend who had used All American Van Lines several times. Luckily I haven't had to move very often, but when I do, I always call on their team.. I have never had a problem or an issue with this company. They do what they say they will do and are also affordable. I am a person with a whole lot of stuff and they have never complained, even when strapping a steamer trunk to their back. They are careful and nice. Really nice. That's important to me. And they know how to communicate with their customers. Thumbs up to I just moved a few weeks ago and everything was just as I had expected. I still recommend this company to anyone looking forward to move in the near future. more

Still satisfied! 8/26/2012

Still satisfied with the move. Received the courtesy call a few days in advance to confirm move date and time (arrival was to be between 8AM to 10AM). Movers arrived at 8:15AM. The "foreman" discussed paperwork with me as the other 2 movers began moving things out. \r \r They were indeed quick. Then again, there wasn't much stuff to begin with. I'd hired them to move my large items. Foreman, however, used this time to ask a myriad of questions about the items and the destination point. Maybe people like friendly movers but he was overstepping his boundaries by being a bit on the nosy end of things. \r \r After things were packed I led the movers, with my car in front, down side streets to the drop off point. I noticed that when I slowed down to 30 mph they were still far behind me. Other cars changed lanes in front of them and in short, they were pretty much driving 20 mph on the way to the drop off point. more

I recently moved with All American Van LinesI and had an excellent experience. Most aspects where I had struggled with previous movers were such a breeze with Jordan...I didn't know this was possible. Right from scheduling to initial estimation visit, Sean was a pleasure to work with, very honest and up front. When our closing date was delayed at the lenders' end, he even helped reschedule the moving date to a couple days later at our desired times at no extra charge! more

I've moved every two or three years for several decades. Not because I love to move the reason I keep changing jobs and just hate to commute and generally like to live where I work. Needless to say, I've had experience with a fair number of moving companies, mostly not so great. One decent example is All American Van Lines . The owner is a nice guy. On the moving day a team of 3 movers arrived on time and worked steadily and efficiently to accomplish their work before the desired time slot. They took the most care to avoid damage to our home or any belongings. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

Pleasant workers 8/16/2012

I recently used services of All American Van Lines on a recommendation of a friend who had hired them . I had to move my large furniture based heavy items from my old apartment to my new one a few blocks away. These guys showed up just on time on that and thankfully I was all ready to move out without much waste of time . Besides being very professional and pleasant to work with the team of 3 movers were very efficient and careful with all my stuff and came in under the initial estimate. These guys gave the best of their cooperation and I will certainly consider using them again the next time whenever I have to move again. Thanks All American Van Lines. more

Movers from All American Van Lines did provide us with a great service! These guys came right on time and did a great job. It only took them 3 hours and that included moving from our old apartment to our new apartment into the city as well as stopping at a storage facility. I like to comment that they were professional as well as reasonable. What made it even better was when the owner called us the next day to check how everything went. Really cared about the move and at the end we were happy about everything and I thank All American Van Lines for all their help. more

All American Van Lines has a team of modest workers. They were on time (actually 15 minutes early), competent and polite as well. We are moving again in 10 months Before the move we lived on the 1st floor and moved on to another 2 floors higher , for a total of 6 flights of stairs. . On the day of the move they were off with their designated work tasks and completed the move on time. Although I did not have any issues about them arriving a little early. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

I was scheduled to have friends help me move my large furniture items, which were the last remaining things I needed to complete my move. After re-examining, I realized several pieces were very, very heavy and much-to-much to ask them to do, so I called my previous movers on a Wednesday afternoon for the upcoming Friday or Saturday. While they were unable to help me, they recommended I call All American van lines. more

All American van lines is fantastic. We found an apartment we liked and things started moving quickly. Seeing their super-high rating, I called All American Van lines and talked to Mike. He clearly explained their charges and emailed us the details. After a couple of emails back and forth we booked a move for 10 days later. more

Called them on Monday to move out on a Thursday. No problem. I ended up with some really tricky household items and unexpectedly narrow staircases. No problem. I had a lot of delicate items that could easily have been broken if handled poorly. No problem. I didn't have much money to spend on a move so I needed a cheap movers. No problem. All American Van Lines = No problem for them. more

These guys are a class act. The best around. \r \r When I called, a receptionist answered right away. She was very nice, polite and respectful as she took my information and provided a quote. Quote was reasonable They made it clear there would be no additional fees (unless the crew needed to use their own packing materials, which is fair).\r \r A few days before our move, they called me to confirm. Again the phone experience was extremely positive. They confirmed a time for arrival, and went over details of the move.\r \r Moving day - the crew arrived 5 minutes early. They called to let us know they were downstairs. The men were all courteous, polite and respectful to myself and my wife. The men worked harder than I could have expected, scarcely even pausing as they loaded the truck. When they arrived at the destination, again they showed amazing hustle unloading the truck.
