Worst people to move with, They lie, Overcharge and break the stuff. I usually donot write the review but this time I decided so that other people should be carefull before moving...

Nothing to complain 10/14/2012

The crew from All American Van Lines came out for the move and were well educated and well traveled, honest and hard working people , they helped me to move everything without any damage. The guys got everything to the new location in one piece (no breakage at all.) There were a couple of boxes which weren't marked and they also had to take stuff taken and getting it assembled for me from two different areas and we had expected this to be the most difficult thing to happen at the last moment but the team overcame things with ease. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote of $ 600 since they completed it before time the amount reduced to $550 for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

To simply put up- this was a smooth move . It was also the one that has come in under my budget and cost us pretty less time. I called All American Van Lines for an in-city move the day before the last weekend and the sales rep arranged in for an estimator personally for a quick inspection and to provide us an estimate. On the moving day, as per the talk boxes showed up exactly when I requested them to and their movers were prompt, friendly, careful, professional and also very hardworking. They took care with all of my items and I recommend them fully without any reservation. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote of $ 500 since they completed it before time the amount reduced to $425 for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering a separate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. more

We booked All American Van Lines for our move . We consolidated two homes and moved from our old apartment to a new one all went off without a hitch despite the hot temperature outside. The crew was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was friendly and never complained even once when hauling a treadmill and oversized furniture up many flights of stairs to the new place. Before they left they did a walkthrough in each room and asked if they could move or re-arrange anything and on our confirmation they happily arranged things to our liking and even took some things back to the garage. I have moved many times in my life and it just doesn't get any better than that. Thanks. more

The team of All American Van Lines was very good, it was a ?word of mouth? reference and we decided to give them a try by booking them. On the moving day these guys came to be honest,, friendly, on time and had a great sense of humor with amazing strength. They included a huge stack of moving boxes and tape for us to use for packing ahead of time and smiled a lot during the very long day of packing and unpacking. We had a whole lot of stuff to move from our condo to our new house, and a couple of beds to take apart and reassemble and they did it all. It happened that this company was fantastic about covering the cost of repair when he learned about it. We would choose these guys again because of our positive experience. more

I had All American Van Lines sought out because of the great track record they had, backed up by information through a colleague from our office I decided to speak with the sales rep and booked them up. They were on-time, friendly, careful, and quick. I moved into a building with pretty strict guidelines, and they handled it without any issues. I had a fair amount of heavy glass furniture and a couch that only barely could fit into my original apartment....they wrapped everything safe and snug and were done faster than the estimated time. Moving cross country is fraught with complications, and most of them come from complications with the moving company. I went with All American van lines based on a recommendation that my sister gave me. I liked their contract because it was easy for me to understand exactly what was included in the quote, and what wasn't. Because of this, it was a really straightforward move, and there were no surprises. I'm very grateful to my sister for recommending me All American van lines, and I will definitely pass the word along. more

Fantastic deal 9/24/2012

Found All American Van Lines on the net and it was the first among on the moving company reviews that popped up with tons of great reviews and I made my mind to give them a call, after an initial conversation I knew this was the company and they readily arranged a team that swung by our apt in the evening (very convenient) to give us a nice quote combined with a fantastic deal. On the moving day 2 guys moved us within 5 hours and it was an amazing experience. We literally sat on the couch and watched because we didn't have anything to do!. except that they were around 15 mins late but I will still recommend them. more

We hired All American Van Lines to help us with our move this was only on a recommendation of a friend who had all the nice things to say about them since he came out fully satisfied with them . I was a bit skeptical since I had never had any movers before and have always relied on myself, family and friends to move. They were simply amazing! Very fast, detailed oriented and careful. 2 guys moved my entire 1 bedroom apartment (loading and unloading) in about 3 hours. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again myself without any hesitation in any of the future move., friendly and polite movers. . Definitely money well spent! Thanks. more

We were recommended All American Van Lines by a fellow colleague and after our moving experience we rate them as one of a top-notch organizations. The people working there were helpful and friendly with us and they were very fast and efficient. I put forth my requirement and the stuff that had to be moved and instantly came the $ estimate before the move and it was spot on, based upon an inventory sheet we faxed to them when arranging the move. They happily obliged us with a competitive rate and we decided to move with All American Van Lines. I would never even consider calling any other moving company. They are worth 4 stars. more

No major problem using them 9/16/2012

I was recommended All American Van Lines by a colleague. Enter their network and you shall find these movers are speedy, friendly and efficient from the time the contract was negotiated until the last box was deposited in my new place. Three big and bulky guys doing loads of work. My voluminous possessions moved in HALF the time. I put their service as a luxury to work hard and to be able to pay for it. Actually, I take that back: From now on, I will see this as more of a necessity than a luxury. We were recommended All American Van Lines by a colleague. I called up their sales department to have all my queries answered and I was happy that these guys happily helped On the moving day the crew arrived on time and were professional, polite, and didn't break anything. They took the door off it's hinges, moved the couch in, put the door back on it's hinges, and were done in around 10 minutes. For a reasonable price. which is both realistic and fair, not to mention a deal. They even called the next day to do a satisfaction survey. I decided to go with All American Van Lines and I did not need anything loaded on a truck, but I did need a 5 piece bedroom set put in my tiny storage downstairs which already had a ton of crap in it.The movers went downstairs and redid my storage while wrapping up all my furniture and helped me take off the mirror form the vanity. They had everything moved and neatly packed away within the hour. After the job was done the amount due was less than the initial quote and since they completed it before time the amount reduced a little lower than the initial estimate for which I had to face a little inconvenience of going to my bank and ordering aseparate cheque for them otherwise their service was not bad at all. I will hopefully not need their services for a while but thanks to their hard work we can get started with our new life again. Thanks more

We took help of All American Van Lines for our local move, this company was shortlisted on word of mouth publicity by one of my team mates and I decided to book them. On the moving day the guys came over on time and gave us a not to exceed estimate on the spot. Their estimate was competitive and within the range provided by other movers. Because of the short timeframe for the move and because of the holidays, we were short of moving boxes. The guys also provided us with moving boxes. This team arrived sharp on time and worked very efficiently and completed the move on time.. All three of the movers were polite and friendly. They accommodated all requests and relocated objects without a complaint. more

It's never fun to move, but the crew from All American Van Lines made it all bearable. The three moving guys gave us great upbeat customer service and really hustled. We were totally packed and one of the movers was quick to tell us what he needed. After going through all the reviews on the net I feel that all of the info in form of reviews holds weight as I experienced it when I had them take our move on. They not only worked as fast but were also very careful with our belongings. They made sure the furniture was placed where we wanted it before they left. Satisfying work experience 9/12/2012

I have relocated on two occasions in these past 2 years and without any hesitation it has been a satisfying experience and if I need to seek any advice I just consult my cousin who has been living there for the past 5 years and without any doubt All American Van Lines comes as our first choice . According to me they are one of the finest movers I've ever hired for my relocation purpose. The guys from All American Van Lines were very courteous, took great care of my stuff, and worked as hard as I have ever seen anyone working for us !! Unbelievable. One gotta try them to know them. There is no substitute for moving and people seldom carry it on their own and if one has to believe you can trust these guys - they are like having your near ones whom you can trust helping you around to move . more

The guys from All American Van Lines are not only movers, but kind of magicians. I used to live on the 1st floor of a building with no elevator, and had a lot of stuff. When the estimator quoted me 3 hours with 4 movers I was a little unsure of their accuracy. When the time came on our moving day 4 of the movers who were thoroughly diligent and professional walked in with a charming persona . Sure enough, what could have been a super-painful move was done in under 2 hours of time flat ,thanks to their estimate. The guys were polite, fast, pleasant, and above all efficient, who would be a better choice other than this company. more

I do not write reviews but this time it is important that I write one. Ronnie the owner is exceptional. He is kind, courteous, and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I made two moves with All American Van Lines. From the moment I called, Gary was more than willing to help make things easier on me. He answered all my questions without rushing me and communicated with me promptly. The same can be said of Ronnie. The movers came on time. They were nice gentleman. There were some problems in the first move but he did his best to make things okay. I used them again because of his professionalism. The one thing that surprised me the most is that he answered his phone every time we called no matter how late it was. He does not let it go to an answering machine like most places. He solves the problems right away. He is always there to help and make sure things go smoothly with the move. We would use AAVL again because of all the people that helped us move. Moving is very hectic but sometimes you meet people like Ronnie and the people working for him that makes it great. more

Will recommend to anyone 9/6/2012

We've used All American Van Lines twice now - once for a cross town move with more than a little complexity and a second time to move some heavy items in a follow up about a year later. This time I gave them the keys, headed to work for a meeting thinking I would meet them at 12:00. At 11:00, half-way through my meeting, I got a call ? and came to know that they were all done . On both these times we had been incredibly impressed with their professionalism, timeliness, and the ease with which they worked .. All American Van Lines is the only moving company we'll recommend to anyone looking out for relocation.. more

Superb customer support base. 9/2/2012

I bought a new place in New york a few months ago and was uptight about our relocation there. I don?t have someone to look after the whole matter or who could at least help me in that. So, I browsed through the internet and selected All American van Lines as their pricing suited me the best. My knowledge about moving was very poor so I grew tad nervous when the crew was uploading the things on the moving van for transporting. I was having a thought inside that whether I will get back my things or not. But it was my good luck, as you may say, that I got All American Van Lines as my mover who has got a superb customer support base. They kept me calling and informed me before taking every step and didn?t let me feel that my things were in wrong hands. more
