Worst people to move with, They lie, Overcharge and break the stuff. I usually donot write the review but this time I decided so that other people should be carefull before moving...

Good job done 4/6/2013

From the first phone call 2 wks before the date right up to the morning of the move, the team from All American Van Lines were pretty decent. The team of 2 guys who showed up right on time before the morning of my move were ready to get started. One of the guys went through the paperwork with me thoroughly well to make sure I knew exactly how much the whole process would cost and what i was paying for. On the moving front the guys were indeed quick, grabbed up boxes and wrapped up dressers to make sure the drawers didn't slide out and wrapping up my bed. Attention to detail and care with my belongings definitely won them points. more

I used moving services for All American Van Lines for my move last weekend. The three men that did the move were extremely courteous and organized. They immediately got to work while I was filling out the paper work. All furniture was carefully wrapped and padded. I bought a mattress cover and a television box from the company, both of which were reasonably priced and it was much easier than trying to find my own moving supplies. They were reasonably priced, timely, and very pleasant to work with. I would still recommend them and would use them again on any future moves. more

Dutiful and Integrated 4/5/2013

The team from All American Van Lines had actually helped us not only move but to also help us pack as we found them to be accommodating with the move date and times. Sure enough, they did not disappoint us. Everything was packed very quickly and safely. I have some pretty challenging furniture including a long TV stand and a glass dining table but none of these phased the way of these dutiful movers who attended things with good integrity . During the move they gave me peace of mind that I wasn't being ripped off! And nothing was broken or damaged. Thanks. more

We had seen movers from All American Van Lines perform their duties in person for that close neighbor of our when he was relocating in the neighbourhood and that was the time we had decided to hire them if there ever was a need to get help with relocating. I called them up and they arranged 2 movers in the coming weekday.. It was an above satisfactory experience and their planning and logistics is simply above par , on the inter personal level these guys turned out to be friendly,and no nonsense... Using a mover could be an expensive idea but in the end it was money very well spent. Thanks. more

We had called All American Van Lines to move us through recommendation of a colleague who had provided us with a good moving service which we still cherish and feel to share .On the moving day 3 sturdy movers from this company came to our apartment and they were good with their work as they successfully and carefully moved up my old antique grand fathers clock 100 steep stairs up and then down without any complain at all and they also came to be nice with the soft skills the company had trained them on. . I recommend this company since they were fast, efficient and had clear communication with the right intention. Thanks more

They deserve business 4/4/2013

We've used All American Van Lines twice now - once for a cross town move with more than a little complexity and a second time to move some heavy items in a follow up about a year later. This time I gave them the keys and headedon for a very important AGM thinking I would meet them at 2.00 At 1.00, half-way through my meeting, I got a call – and came to know that they were all done . On both these times we had been impressed with their professionalism and the neatness with which they worked .. This company is the only moving company we'll recommend to anyone looking out for relocation. Thanks. more

Punctual and Systematic 4/1/2013

I had to move within my new locality just a a few blocks away and didn't want to have to move my own stuff yet again so a friend recommended me All American Van Lines and told me to call them up so I readily did it and booked them and instructed them to start between 9,30 and 10am on the coming weekday and on the day of the move they were puntual on time. They really knew what was expected out of them and with systematic approach carried things without hesitation..They managed to get my set of antique furniture down with great care and no scratch at all. more

I owe movers from All American Van Lines high regards for their excellent service and determination at a time when I really required them . At first, we entertained some very bad ideas about renting a truck and doing the move ourselves - I mean, how hard it would had been and these guys executed the death-defying feat of moving our piano down from the 3rd floor apartment in one of the world's tiniest elevator without any scratch to anything and these guys were efficient from start to finish, even when dealing with the extra pick up of furniture from the garage.Thanks guys. more

I can sometimes be lazy, so I gave these guys a call a mere week before I had to move out. They still managed to schedule me for my best option -- Saturday morning. They gave me a window of 8:30am-9am, and arrived smack in the middle of it. Apparently I forgot to tell them I need them to pack for me. No worries, they still packed everything (I was sick the week before and did no packing), carried everything, didn't mind me using my laptop in the middle of the room they were unpacking in, and in the end, came out right at the estimate! Next time I move, I'll know who to call. more

I found All American Van Lines through a friend and am so glad for the referral. They were so right: The sales rep and his crew were great--professionals, efficient, and customer-oriented. They were diligent about reviewing the pre-move details with me, my inventory, projected move time and costs, parking and driving logistics, etc . These guys also called me the very next day to ensure that my expectations were met. Indeed they were. The three movers were big and brawny, and they schlepped all my worldly goods with ease and care. And they laughed at my jokes!! Good work overall. more

My friend and me have used All American Van Lines before for our two moves in our town and back . They were truly a determined bunch of guys and the company provides good training to their employees what I really analyzed after seeing them relocating us. They didn't loose, break nor did they damage any of our stuff and were a pleasure to move us from our old apartment to the new one. These guys kept running up three flights of stairs to and fro - it was a a nice gesture on their part and to be honest nothing got lost in the transition They were polite and worked away to satisfy us. Hard work will definitely pay for them. more

Good Service! 3/18/2013

We had zero problems or issues with this move, in fact it was the exact opposite with Jerimiah Williams being professional and very helpful. Originally it was going to be their agent that was going to move us but their truck had a last minute customer change dates which enabled their driver Mack and Jerry do our pick up and packing. They arrived on time and somehow managed to swing a huge tractor trailer semi into our neighborhood in Farmingdle. In fact they were so good that our neighbor who is also moving in the near future came over to get their information and subsequently called and booked their move with them also and they gave me a discount because of it. Delivery came 10 days later by the same truck. Not a scratch or problem on the delivery end either. Communication was terrific and just what we would expect from them. We don't ever post reviews on anything, never really had a reason to, this move was so smooth and they were so nice and efficient, this deserved a review. Good l more

Could had been a better experience 3/17/2013

We used All American Van Lines for my fiance's recent move and we couldn't have been happier with them. They were professional and good-natured despite the fact that we were moving in a short time notice..Before our most recent move we'd just had them move furniture and already packed boxes. They showed up right on time, were careful in moving the furniture and were able to get big items through tight spaces, and were efficient too. I was happy with the move but my disappoint came while communicating with them as I had a hard time in getting across the things the way I wanted and feel that they lacked concentration skills. more

We hired All American Van :Lines on recommendation of a friend and could not believe how fast these guys were. The place we moved had no elevator and we had to do a relocation to a new building a few blocks away . Though generally it din’t sound much difficult but practically it was. We had a lot of big and heavy furniture and a 12 gallon aquarium and 2 years of accumulated stuff that was of much important to my family as it was a heritage. We had estimated at least 4 hours to move all our belongings. and they completed it on time. I even got a follow up phone call the day after to see how my move went. . Nice moving experience. more

Recommend them to all. 3/17/2013

My wife and I hired All American Van Lines for our recent move and we were so happy with how the move went. Our 3-person crew unloaded our house in record time (seriously, I think it took an hour) and then worked tirelessly at moving it all up four flights of stairs into our new apartment . Our couch and box spring were almost too large to fit up the spiral staircase, but some creative thinking on the team's part saved the day and they got it all up. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, and they wrapped all of the wood furniture very carefully so it wouldn't get damaged. We would hire these guys again and also recommend them to all. more

Courteous and Hardworking guys 3/15/2013

Our movers from All American Van Lines were punctual, courteous and hard-working .Before booking them I heard they mostly quoted a reasonable price. On the moving day everything was put in place and came out in a perfect shape, and the work was performed under low price that we were quoted and I appreciate that. I truly admire them for their willingness to work so hard and tirelessly in what is typically a demanding and stressful job. I'm concerned that other people might have the same thoughts when planning to relocate but I truly believe that these guys deserve business and they come to us as a bunch of sincere and honest guys. more

Being head of utility department transfers to multiple city locations are obvious and part of our job role. One of the colleagues recommended us to try up All American Van Lines.I called them up and made a booking for the weekend. On the moving day the crew came along with 3 well learned crew members and we had to move from one side of our locality to a new apartment just a a few blocks away. The guys did the needful and were friendly and efficient with their work and had the whole job done and completed in the designated time. Their rates came reasonable and it was a pleasure to have their help with my relocation.. more

Satisfied and Highly Recommended 3/7/2013

We were new in the area and had to temporarily lookout for a new abode because of my new job and thought of giving a try to All American Van Lines and ,it was not even 2 years at our new place that I got notice for an urgent transfer again. I consulted a colleague in office and he recommended them.. On the day of our move everything went pretty smooth going .They worked and had us packed into the truck within 2 hours whilst moving stuff back in they again worked non-stop. They were careful with our stuff, and all the furniture and other items. I am satisfied and highly recommended them more

I moved two weeks ago hiring services of All American Van Lines on recommendation of a close friend as I was new in the area and did not had much acquaintance about people and surrounding so I decided to give them a call and finalize booking with them, The entire team was good . I booked them for a Monday morning arrival between 9 and 10, and they got there just in mid 9.30 am They worked quickly and were friendly and professional in their behaviour. I had an unreasonable amount of stuff crammed into one of my rooms ,and they got it all moved into a two bedroom and were done on time more

I recently relocated to my ancestral town with a new job in hand and a lot of memories to cherish .Along with it came pounds of stuff that had to be relocated so I made a booking with All American Van Lines and had a fairly decent experience moving with the guys we had to move up as our house was on a narrow street. These guys showed up on time and were very careful to wrap all the furniture before moving it and the move went as quick as possible. At the end of the move they helped me wipe the floors dry since it was raining the entire team knew their responsibility well. The representatives even called me to follow-up my experience with the move.Thanks. more
