We've used A.N. Plumbing and Heating for replacement of a water heater and videotaping of sewer pipe to street. Albert himself provided initial assessment and recommendations on tankless vs. traditional water tank (with storage). They had a lot of patience and flexibility while I thought of the pros and cons of each technology. Once I made up my mind, they got it done quickly and correctly....with extra care and commitment. more

What a pleasure to work with a company that meets and exceeds your expectations! I dread having to hire any individual person/company to do work for me. I am continually disappointed by lack of response, follow-through, tardiness, sloppy work, etc., etc. in spite of glowing commitments and promises. My overall experience with Albert Nahman Plumbing over the years has been positive. I've found the plumbing technicians to be professional, knowledgeable and personable. Nahman usually provides good customer followup on work performed and guarantees his work. I have had a couple of negative experiences, and, in particular, would not recommend Nahman for plumbing jobs requiring a skilled drywall crew. I would gladly recommend Nahman Plumbing to my neighbors. more

I was told word-of-mouth that this Contractor has the reputation of being the top heating expert in the East Bay, so I called them about a new electric heater for my family's vacation home at Stinson Beach. Their estimator Gabe came out and I was impressed by his knowledge, honesty, and professional manner. We agreed on a price, and his technician Tony came out and did a fantastic job. No drama, no stories about how his dog got lost or bad google map directions. The heater was installed without a hitch in a timely manner at the quoted price. I wanted to say thanks for the excellent job done by Gabe and his crew on installing my tankless water heater and all of the associated moving of pipes. One past experience with Albert Nahman plumber: Our hot water line in the kitchen partially plugged due to corrosion in the old galvanized pipe leading to kitchen. The plumber not only fixed the problem in 5 minutes, but showed us how to do it ourselves. This eliminated a need to call the plumber again for the same problem. The plumber could have kept his mouth shut and be called back many times for the same problem - potentially for a more financial gain for the company and a full employment act for the plumber(s). This is an example of a good company looking after the interest of the client. more

This is the third year I have been using Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating for construction-related projects. I originally checked them out on their website and they were highly rated. Their professionalism and the quality of their work has made me continue to use them. In 2007, Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating laid a gas line into my home. They just recently finished another big project for me. It involved installing a tankless water heater and another gas line into the stove and fireplace of my home. Putting a gas line in your house is a big project. You worry about the house blowing up. I trust that the work they did was great, from the way they approached it to the final result. Their service is outstanding. I would give them 6 stars instead of 5 if I could. The quality of their work and their professionalism is unquestionable. more

I decided to use Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating because I had seen some of their trucks in the area. Their prices seemed fair. I did not get any additional bids from other companies. The service was excellent. They came out the day after I called them and started the job immediately after that. They did excellent, rapid work.
