Correct heat distribution 12/23/2016

I've had a heat/air distribution problem for years with several different people attempting to correct the problem. Josh immediately determined and corrected the problem. Josh is a super intelligent person and the most knowledgeable heating and air technician that I have ever dealt with. In addition Josh conducts himself in an extraordinary professional manner. Albemarle Heating and Air are fortunate to have such a person as Josh on their team. more

Maintenance review 12/13/2016

Technician was prompt in coming at the assigned time frame. Actually called prior to arrival and showed up at the beginning of our assigned time slot for service. Put on his booties before coming indoors and upon adjusting temperature setting on our thermostat after finishing the necessary service of our unit. Well mannered and explained everything after concluding the service needed. Finished in about an hour with no additional service required. more
