Technician was prompt in coming at the assigned time frame. Actually called prior to arrival and showed up at the beginning of our assigned time slot for service. Put on his booties before coming indoors and upon adjusting temperature setting on our thermostat after finishing the necessary service of our unit.
Well mannered and explained everything after concluding the service needed. Finished in about an hour with no additional service required.
