Adam Steffler maintenance visit 5/22/2017

On May 22, 2017 Adam visited to perform our semiannual HVAC inspection/sevice. We have been a customer of Albemarle Heating and Air for 20 years during which time we have had an annual service contract and have never had a bad experience with any of the techs. They are friendly, appear well-versed in their jobs, and have worked their magic by giving us long-lasting units. Adam was by all odds the best of the bunch. In addition to the routine service, he took away our basement dehumidifier which, unknown to us, had been recalled. In addition he arranged for the delivery of a new dehumidifier replacement. He was informative, polite, friendly, and is certainly an asset to his employer. I'd like to have him assigned to our maintenance visits in the future--please! more

Installation of HVAC System 5/12/2017

Matt and his team did extraordinary work over a seven day period. They were careful, prompt, friendly, professional, and they worked very hard to make the installation as unobtrusive as possible. Matt was very clear about each day's objectives, and his attention to detail was superb. They left the area clean after each work day. I could not have asked for better service and nicer people! more

I just finished my appointment with Albemarle Heating and Air and I had excellent service by Mr. Adam Steffler. He seemed very thorough and diligent in his work. He said he had only been working for the company for a few months but Albemarle Heating and Air seems very fortunate to have him. more

Adam very professional. Did not loose cool when crawl space was flooded and could not complete inspection of air handler. He's to follow up with balance of inspection. appeared to be knowledgeable and was patient to explain all questions. Recommended inspection of crawl space for complete air testing. more

Maintenance call 5/8/2017

Adam Steffler was our technician and we are very pleased with everything he did; on time, courteous, explained everything well and seemed very knowledgable. Looked up 3 of our dehumidifiers that had been recalled and evidently we will get 3 brand new ones! On a scale from 1 - 10 we give him a 12! Helena Taylor more

James always arrives in a professional and timely manner. After he installed my air scrubber, he checked the model number of my dehumidifier that may have been on a recall list. Fortunately it was not but suggest I keep an eye on the recall list. He informed he of the Aprilaire dehumidifier and quoted a price and I may consider it in the future. He also noticed that a safety switch was not installed by another tech when my coil was replaced last year. He had one on the truck and replaced it for me. I highly recommend James and Albemarle Heating&Air. more

Adam was very thorough (he found a dead mouse in a drain line), he delivered the (not unexpected) bad news about out twenty-year old system, and arranged an appointment with an estimator for a replacement system. more

A very pleasant experience 4/13/2017

I had my air conditioning serviced today, & Brian M came to do it. I had not met him prior. He is terrific. As far as I know he has done a great job of the service. But he is very knowledgeable, listened to my problems on air quality, etc. & gave me answers I can use, including telling me about ActivTek which I will consider having installed. For all future heating & a/c needs I will definitely request Brian! Dawn Schultz more
