Happy customer since 2008 11/30/2017

Albemarle installed our HVAC system when the house was built and has kept in fine running order since. Our latest tune-up went smoothly and our technician, Adam, gave me confidence that he knew his job as he was able to clearly explain what he had done. more

Prompt, courteous & efficient 11/13/2017

Scott called ahead to alert me to his visit. He arrived within the service window. He quickly sized up heat pump's problem and was able to correct the situation to get my heat running again. more

My filters 11/9/2017

I was amazed to see Judy come to install my very high filters and I doubted that she could reach that high from her ladder but she scampered up there and replace the filters without another thought. She did a great job and certainly proved me wrong. So if she shows up again I will never doubt her work. I would give her 5 stars. more

Albemarle Heating and Air 10/30/2017

We have had great experience over the years with Albemarle Heating and Air technicians and help. When we first installed the air systems, they were courteous and friendly. All along they have been professional, cleaned up after themselves and rarely had to have a repeat visit. We just had Andrew Friend come as our technician this lat time. They always protect our floors, and kind and friendly, and explain everything. Thanks Albemarle Heating and Air for keeping our family safe and comfortable. more

Heat Pump Relocation 10/20/2017

Mike worked to move two Trane units so that I might access 200 square feet of area for equipment storage. The job was done flawlessly and both technicians worked to accommodate the pumps on a new space I built leaving the full area I needed for access! The units look great in the new location and are easier for the techs to service now! more
