Review content:
The technician Rich arrived exactly when he said he would on his courtesy call prior to the appointment. He was very polite, professional and explained everything to me. He made the repairs quickly and explained further services that would be required to make the A/C run like new. My coils are damaged and need to be replaced; however I am a renter and cannot incur that expense for a home I don't own. He outlined everything on an invoice that I will be giving to my landlord. Excellent service
