Worst

Had a new system Installed the heat hasn't worked from Day one had several service calls on it. The Blower Motor has been replaced three times . AC doesn't cool Home On hot days....

I called Advanced Air after having a bad experience with Dell Air. I read their reviews and noticed an average 4.9/5 rating. So I called and the AC technician Mr. Josue S. came out the same day. He found out right away what the problem was and conducted a thorough service on the AC. He also educated me on the thermostat, the proper filter placement and many other topic. I signed a service contract with Advance Air because it is not easy to find quality AC companies that one can trust. more

Disappointed 7/19/2019

I was pleased with the pleasant personnel for this company and their listening to my concern. I ordered service for an A/c that no longer worked and the technician arrived and diagnosed that a capacitor had malfunctioned and had to be replaced. My son and I basically knew this from our own investigation and the part retails for $8.64 at Home Depot and took less than 1 hour to replace. Much to my disappointment Advanced charges $119 to diagnose and does not apply this cost to any ensuing repair. No revelation was made to us regarding the cost to replace the capacitor and the technician was highly talented and an excellent service rep. The previously unrevealed additional cost came to $299 which was a shock to me. Most repair companies apply diagnosis cost to the repairs. The company did provide a $30 coupon on their website for a service call charge reduction. Personnel listened to my concerns professionally but unfortunately would not apply the remaining $89 to the total job cost which I felt would have been fair. more

Summer AC tune up 6/27/2019

John Casey from Advanced air & refrigeration just finished my annual summer tune up. Got a phone call this morning at 7:50 to confirm appt. time. John showed up right on time and went right to work. He was fast and very thorough. He explained his findings and recommendations. I don't envy him in this heat but I am very glad to have him! Thanks John see you in six months. more

Good job by Advanced Air 6/24/2019

Prompt response to request for a proposal to replace system, which was recommended during our semi-annual inspection. Rob came next day, spent time inspecting system (already familiar with prior reports). Gave us 4 options, explaining pros and cons of each. After we decided, appointment established for the next day. Installers were there on time and worked for about 7 hrs to remove old system and install new one. Very well organized, polite and ready to explain exactly what was being done, what they found in our existing units. They did a reasonable cleanup in our garage, which was where most of the set up was done. After 3 days, system appears to be working well, which hopefully be the case for the future, since we will be leaving FL next week for several months. more
