Worst

Had a new system Installed the heat hasn't worked from Day one had several service calls on it. The Blower Motor has been replaced three times . AC doesn't cool Home On hot days....

John was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. This was the first maintenance of my new air conditioning system and I had a few operational questions He answered them in an easily understandable manner. John came to do a preventative maintenance on our A/C unit which had not been done for several years. He replaced some parts and did the PM, which made a big difference. He was also very helpful giving us an assessment on the unit, which in now 12 years old. He wa also very personable and polite. more
