Worst

Had a new system Installed the heat hasn't worked from Day one had several service calls on it. The Blower Motor has been replaced three times . AC doesn't cool Home On hot days....

Service on 9/19 PM 9/21/2017

Anthony L. arrived at our home as soon as possible on Tuesday evening. He checked all aspects of our system and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. We have worked with Advanced Air for many years and Anthony is terrific. Tammy called us on what had to be an incredibly busy evening and supplied us with a schedule for a service visit this evening. Customer Service 9/4/2017

I was very pleased with my experience. Kevin was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. My ac went out at 9pm at night, of course, called the 24 hour line, Marie called in the morning and they were able to send Kevin out that morning. I am real happy with there service. more

Sebastian was great 8/24/2017

But he charged me $55 for a 50 cent fuse. It is a common automobile fuse. Had the nerve to claim it was a $20 discount! more

I needed my system replaced and the Advanced Team was quick to respond to my needs. Jeff provided product information, scheduled the install for the next morning. Team arrived as scheduled and completed earlier. Very satisfied with service, quality and value. Highly recommend. more

Semi-Annual Service 7/20/2017

As always, Advanced Air is the company I can count on to be the best! They sent a post card reminder, called the day before to confirm, and called the morning of appointment. Yasmin was great at phone communications and Tony was very timely, efficient and professional. I have come to expect nothing but the best from this company because that's they way they have always performed. That is why I just renewed the service contract for the next 5 years. I nothing but admiration for a company with this track record. Compliments go out to a company that each employee does the best from start to finish! more

The team came in and worked effectively and efficiently. They were very courteous and pleasant and as a single woman, I felt very comfortable with them in my home. Advanced air has never disappointed me. They have always been very professional and provided excellent service. Renee even provided me with a loaner portable air unit to cool my bedroom till they could install the new system the next day. 5 stars! more
