Undocumented Work 10/20/2018

Kelton, Technician; did my winter tune-up on the furnace (9/21/18), I ask about the cleanliness of the burn area, he said its ok and it doesn't need cleaning. Every tech prior did a disassembly of the burn area and cleaned it; first bout of training. Then my thermostat back light failed to come on. Kelton sold me a new thermostat on 9/27/18 and when they checked the operation, they found a blown fuse down stream of where the power connection is for the thermostat. Not a word mentioned in the work done and the diagnosis. I called, but they are stone-walling me. They won't come back to finish address the undocumented work because there is something they are hiding. The thermostat won't trip the fuse. Kelton more

Technician and System Performance Report on Furnace 10/19/2017

Technician Jay, from Action Air, performed the first "System Performance Report" on my new furnace purchased in June, 2017. This service was free of charge, as part of the deal with my purchase. Jay did a thorough test of the system, making sure everything was working as it should. He was very personable and professional. He also brought with him a leaf cover for the A.C. which I was interested in purchasing, and had had discussed with the nice lady in the office when I made the appointment. I did purchase it. It can be left on all year, and it looks like a big hairnet! It will keep leaves and most other debris from falling and blowing into the unit. Very pleased with Jay and this company! more

Air Conditioning Check-Up 7/13/2017

Our technician Mark W. did a great job. He called before his arrival. He inspected everything part of the AC system both inside the house and outside the house. He was very polite and courteous. I would recommend not only Action Air, but Mark W. for all of your heating and air needs and repairs. more

Got 'er done! 6/16/2017

Josh came in and got it done fixing an electrical trip switch which wasn't even in the AC unit but rather in the furnace. Sold us a PM plan (which I need to have anyway) but gave us the service call free even without having the FREE SC coupon in hand. With a 32 year old Trane unit, I'm also happy to appear to have another year on this thing ! We'll see come midsummer when it gets really hot!.. more

Kelton and Tyler did an excellent job installing the new air conditioner and furnace. They were friendly, efficient, and explained everything thoroughly. They are definitely an asset to the company! Mark W. has been servicing our AC and furnace for over 10 years. He's always on time, always explains repair options, and provides the best service of any technician in any area of home repair/maintenance that we've ever had. Thanksgiving Saved 11/28/2016

My Furnace died on Wednesday around noon on the day before Thanksgiving. I called Action Air and Josh H. showed up within a half hour. He was professional and quick and by 2:30 PM Kelton and Dylan were fast at work installing a new furnace. They finished by 6:00PM and everything is working great. Action Air saved my Thanksgiving weekend for all my family and we appreciate it. Thanks again more
