I am not sure about the service, but I encounter their employees often as I work near the office. Their employees have almost run me off the road several times, they text and drive. If you honk at them because they are driving in the lane you are in, they have road rage! They are scary, they must hire from the bottom of the barrel. I hope their insurance company sees this. more

Sloppy work, sloppy appearance.  My furnace did not work after it was installed 2 weeks and they would not do anything about it.  I tied to call the technician and his phone had been disconneted.  I guess their installers are there one day and gone tomorrow. The man that came to my house, Nick, had no manners and was rude and left a mess.  I honestly thought he was on drugs, he was so zoned out. They probably do not drug test.  Be careful who you allow in your home. more

I was very impressed with David H. He was very personable and professional. During the routine maintenance he discovered that I had another problem. He took the time to go back to the office to get the new part and then returned to complete the repair. I really appreciated this because had he not done this I would have to had waited for another time. All in the repairs and service were completed to my satisfaction andI appreciate the extra effort David put forth. more
