AC install and duct replacement 8/5/2016

Action Air team did an AC replacement, duct replacement, and duct insulation. All crew members were prompt, polite, and hard working. Crew answered all questions and addressed concerns. Crew did a good job cleaning up at the end of day. more

Action Air has been our heating and air conditioning folk for some time. As always they provide superior service and always give options that are good for the customer. I had a tech I wasn't familiar with today. His name is Josh H. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, He offered to come back to discuss options when both my wife and I were present so he could answer all our questions and do so at a time that is right for us. more

Thanks to Josh H from Action Air, Inc. He braved the snow Jan. 12 to give our furnace a yearly tuneup. Josh is very polite and professional. Did the work in a timely manner, showed me how to replace the filter and recommended how soon to replace it. more

Skip and Dylan installed a new heating and cooling system and the work was completed in a very professional and timely manner. Team did a few small things not required but beneficial. I have worked with this company for over 20 years and always excellent, timely service. Technicians are well trained, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you. more

Thank you for the great service I received today, Thursday, October 1st. I am a first time home owner and just purchased my condo a few months ago. I was clueless on what needed done when I saw an issue last evening after normal business hours and frantically called your company. Your answering service was more than kind to me. I received a call back within 15 minutes from Mark who explained in very lay terms on what I needed to do to make it through the evening until a technician was able to arrive the following day during normal business hours. Nick was more than helpful today, and took the time to explain all aspects of my AC unit, Furnace, and Humidifier as well as my warranty information. Air conditioner blues! 7/28/2015

CJ was very professional and courteous. I especially appreciated this under the circumstances, 88 degree temperature, very high humidity, and crawling around in our attic to get our AC working again. He did his job with no breaks (even though we tried), explained everything, and cleaned up. Very nice guy and hard working! more

Mark called to let me know what time he would arrive. He was very pleasant yet professional. He did a great job, explaining to me what he was doing. When giving a quote for another job he gave me several options and the price he quoted me was more than fair. I felt like a valued and respected customer. We are very pleased with this company and have done all of our heating and cooling business with Action Air. more

Nick of Action Air did a great job of isolating our air conditioner problems, getting the parts ordered, and then installing them. He was very thorough and meticulous in performing the work. He was also courteous and customer focused. Action Air as a whole has provided extremely good service over the years. more
