Great Job 6/13/2015

Skip and Dylan came about 5PM on Friday night to put in our new furnace. They did the whole thing in spite of the heat and mosquitos - lots of those. And it was so nice to be cool last night. Action Air people always wear shoe covers which was appreciated since we had newly cleaned, light carpet. And everything was cleaned up before they left. more

Mark W. is indeed a valued professional. He arrived on time and alerted us as to his arrival. He examined the furnace filter and his assessment produced his suggestion that it really didn't need to be replaced at this time. He also explained carefully how to make the replacement when needed. more

Water heater and Humidifier Installation 11/12/2014

Skip and Kelton came out Nov. 11, 2014 to install a 40 gal water heater and humidifier . They arrived early, identified themselves and wasted no time getting started. The installation went smoothly: both men seemed to be well versed in what needed to be done. Everything was completed in several hours. Before leaving Skip went over the correct operation of both units and answered all my questions. They did a great job in cleaning up after themselves and left with the old water heater and humidifier. As usual Action Air sent staff to my home who were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I trust the work completed by their technicians and will continue to rely upon Action Air for my heating, cooling and related needs. more

Action Air is Wonderful 10/16/2014

Mark W. from Action Air has been to my house several times to service my heating and cooling system. He always does a super job. He is polite, efficient, and answers all my questions. I appreciate the fact that he remembers having worked on my furnace before. I have recommended Action Air to several friends who needed heating and cooling repair.
