Amazing dedication 3/6/2013

Josh came out to do a dryer vent cleaning. The design of our dryer vent was challenging to say the least. Josh spent roughly 2 1/2 hours working on getting to the nearly impossible middle portion of that dryer vent (went from the inside, the outside, different hoses and scrubbers - even got out the little cable camera to show me where the problem was. Basically, the biggest blockage you can imagine jammed into our dryer vent - a fire and mold hazard all in one. In the end, he was able to get it out. I literally cheered when he showed me the air flow coming out of my dryer vent. Thought I was going to have to reroute the whole thing and have a major job. 100% approval - thanks again Josh! more

The guys were great! In and out in 2 hours, installed a water heater and furnace in no time. No nonsense, no high pressure sales, but great work on the job. Action Air was outstanding (found a problem, quoted the job, and replaced everything within 1 day). more

Even though it was not a failure mode, Clayton called, arranged a time, diagnosed the problem, went to your site to get a replacement part and fixed it the same day. Technician quickly diagnmosed problem caused by failure of the gas meter. Vectrentrn was out within a half hour. problem solved. more

Furnace check-up 1/14/2013

We had our furnace check-up today with Mark W. and he did a fantastic job. He checked both of our furnaces thoroughly and fixed our whole-house humidifier. He was very personable and a very knowledgable gentleman. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from Action Air. They have made sure that our units are running smoothly and that we have been happy customers. We would highly recommend them to all our friends and family. more

Just as we have found with your other technicians, Mark has the work habits you expect in your employees: He arrives on time, is fully competent, courteous, wears protective shoe coverings, leaves the work area clean, etc., etc. In addition, he listens carefully and answers our questions intelligently; is patient and explains clearly; is thorough in his work. We continue to feel very comfortable having him as our service person. more

Mark came to our home to find out what was wrong because our furnace would not turn on. It was late in the afternoon and after a short time Mark had our furnace up and running . He was courteous, respectful and did an outstanding job by explaining the problem and getting us signed up for your maintainance club which should really help us in the future. I am requesting that Mark W. be commended for his professionalism and exceptional attitude and when we have problems in the future that you send Mark.
