Triangle Auto Body were wonderful. They're very prompt and courteous. I already sent them a thank you note. This was my first time using them, and I had them do repairs to my bumper and taillight. The work turned out just fine, and they go along with my insurance. more

Excellent Work!!!! 11/4/2011

After my car accident, in which the other driver was found at fault, I thought oh here we go. . .I'm a single mother who knows nothing about cars, where to take it, who to trust, how to deal with the insurance company, etc. . .Boy did I pick the right place with Triangle Auto Body! Chris was so patient with ALL of my questions, and I had a lot! The insurance company tried to nickel and dime me to death, and he even helped me through that process. In the end, my van was ready in a timely manner, and it looked better than it did before it was wrecked. The insurance company paid the entire amount to get my van fixed, and paid for the rental car. And most importantly the wonderful, customer service helped keep a stressful situation not stressful. I highly recommend them for their work and their ability to go above and beyond expectations. more

Great repairs 9/28/2010

The insurance company of the person that hit me wanted me to take my VW Passat to one of their preferred shops but the local VW dealer recommended Triangle Auto Body. The experience was awesome. They handled all communications with the insurance company to restore my car back to new again.Atfer a diminish value inspector looked at my car, he even said it was one of the best repairs he had seen in a long time. Great service & flexibility! 7/17/2010

Overall, I was very pleased with the service at triangle body. Billy the adjuster provided me with multiple options based on quality vs cost tradeoffs. He really took the time to understand my needs. Rich was exceptional with his assessment of the situation and also provided options. I had someone hit my Lexus RX330 at work and within days had a new bumper with exact color match. I have a separate guy coming in to repair a few big dings on my car. He seems a bit pricey, so I am expecting high quality results. I will post a review of his workmanship as well. Pros: options, delivery, service, and cost Cons: Dent repair man is only available fridays more

Outstanding service and they stand behind their work 6/25/2008

I had the unfortunate experience of having a tree fall on my 2006 Infiniti, while I was driving it! The tree took out the front-end, Passenger side front quarter, the sunroof and roof. The team at Triangle did a wonderful job at reconstructing my car so that it looks like new again. There have been a few minor issues after the repair that they were willing to take care of right away even without an appointment. I cannot "heap" enough praise on the folks at Triangle Auto Body in Durham for the work they did for me on my car. Pros: professionalism, expertise in their field Cons: inconvenience (mine) in having to take it to them in the first place! more

very professional and courteous. did a super job on painting a black new car. staff was respectful and did exactly as they said they would do, called when they said they would. very willing to work with you on rental car. work hard to please and make sure you are happy. very good experience. quality work. more

Best Auto Shop Around!!! 1/2/2008

Having a car accident is never pleasant, but this shop made it as painless and easy as possible...I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company. I brought in my car in and they wrote up a thorough estimate. The staff was courteous, reliable and very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. They directly handled all of the insurance adjustments and supplements necessary. The work on my car was impeccable. They called the manufacturer to insure that the car was repaired to recommended standards and essentially looked and drove like NEW! Due to my insurance company's failure to write up a thorough estimate, the repairs were delayed....and Triangle Auto Body volunteered to help me out by covering the extra days of my car rental even though it should have been the responsibility of my insurance company. Not only that, but when the rental company mistakenly charged me for the extra days Triangle Auto Body called them to fix it and get me a refund. What amazing service!!! I must add that, as a woman, I am always sensitive to the service I receive in regards to my car. The staff at Triangle Auto Body were respectful and honest. They really went the extra mile to fix my car to the highest possible standards and provide top notch service. Special thanks to Todd and Billy for all of their hard work with my car repairs and their dealings with my insurance company and rental car company. Great Service 7/9/2007

Recently my Lexus was sideswiped at the mall and my dealership recommended that I take it to Triangle Auto Body.
