NOT HAPPY 5/28/2013

Our 2007 Honda Odyssey was fixed at Triangle Auto Body & Paint after a front-end collision a few weeks ago. The repairs included major work to the Air Conditioning system including replacing the damaged condenser. After we had the van back we noticed the A/C is not working. There was no problem with the Air Conditioning system of the minivan before the accident. At the moment they are trying to say that the issue is not related to the accident, however from our point of view we cannot see how it is not related. more

Customer Service people were great. Repair looked perfect. Did not get any other estimates on price, so don't know how that would have compared. Very convenient having an auto rental place right there. more

Excellent Every Time. 1/8/2013

We've used TAB annually for the past 5 years - mostly because the deer are attracted to my husband's truck! They are great - prompt, clean employees, clean facility inside and out, accurate with the paperwork, works with our insurance co., recommended by our auto mechanic of 15+ years, & friendly. We have used them for work covered by our insurance as well as work not covered by insurance. They are proud of their work. I highly recommend them. more

Great service and price 1/8/2013

I've used Trangle Auto Body over the years on a few occassions. I've always been provided great service at a good price. This time was no exception. I called in on a Thursday afternoon to see if my daughters door locked could be repaired for her trip back to school. I was really surprised at how busy they were and the expectation was that there was no way they would be able to work her in. After a quick examination, we were told to bring it back the next morning (part had to be ordered) and they would take care of it. It took all of one hour to fix and my daughter was off to school with no problems. Hats off to Chris and team for providing such great service. more

My poor car has had the poor misfortune of being damaged while in a parking lot. Triangle Auto Body helped make a bad event result in a positive, seamless process. They handled the communication with the insurance company, helped set up the rental car to use, and then repaired my car with excellent quality. They ARE the BEST around! more

The staff was very courteous and sensitive to my needs and a very thorough examination of my car prior to repairs was conducted to determine the full scope of repairs required. Renting a car while repairs were completed was very easy and convenient. Repairs to the car were excellent and timely. I was thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience and would not hesitate to use Triangle Auto Body again. more
