After my car accident, in which the other driver was found at fault, I thought oh here we go. . .I'm a single mother who knows nothing about cars, where to take it, who to trust, how to deal with the insurance company, etc. . .Boy did I pick the right place with Triangle Auto Body!
Chris was so patient with ALL of my questions, and I had a lot! The insurance company tried to nickel and dime me to death, and he even helped me through that process.
In the end, my van was ready in a timely manner, and it looked better than it did before it was wrecked. The insurance company paid the entire amount to get my van fixed, and paid for the rental car. And most importantly the wonderful, customer service helped keep a stressful situation not stressful.
I highly recommend them for their work and their ability to go above and beyond expectations.
