A few months ago, my car was backed into and my insurance company gave me a list of recommended auto body shops. Triangle Auto was convenient to my home, so I went with them. I also needed a rental car and when I picked up the rental car, they told me that Triangle Auto was one of the best body shops in Durham. Maybe my expectations were high. I was told that my car would be ready in 10 business days. It was almost three weeks before I got my car back. Thankfully my insurance was paying for the rental car! Everytime I called, I was told it would be a few more days. They did a good job with the repair and paint work. However, after a few days I did notice that the "Accord" and "V6" letters were never put back on the bumper of my car. All in all, I was satisfied with the work, but not satisfied with how long it took and the fact that I had to keep calling.
