Abacus Plumbing was referred to us by a close neighbor and we decided to call them for an urgent need with our kitchen faucet. Sebastian arrived at our house on time and was professional and friendly. He got right to the business of installing a new faucet that we had purchased prior to his arrival. He did not have a hose that fit the Price Pfister faucet that was installed originally so we had a back up faucet on the outside chance he did not have a hose. He gave us a quote on what the job would cost us along with the price of a plumbing service contract that gave us an immediate discount on the work he was going to do. We decided to move forward with the service contract before he began work on the faucet. Although we paid several hundred dollars before all was said and done we felt like we ended up with a newly installed faucet, a service contract for our plumbing needs, and a service contract for twice annual heating and cooling inspection. In the end it was a fairly equitable sum that we paid for all that was provided.?? more

Fantastic company, highly recommended! 11/12/2016

From start to finish, the service received by Abacus was exemplary. I contacted them through Angie's List and got a response within minutes. I asked a few questions, and every one of them was answered, quickly, politely and thoroughly. We had an appointment setup within a few hours. Aaron came to our house this morning to fix our plumbing issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the problem on the spot. He went through everything very thoroughly and we felt completely comfortable having him do the work then and there. He also gave us a quote for a future job which I am confident we will go with. The price we paid was fair and I have felt looked after all the way. We will certainly be using Abacus again and recommending the company to anyone that will listen. more

Professional and efficient 11/11/2016

The guy that came out to my home from Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical really impressed me with how very professional he was. He showed up right on time and was very courteous and respectful of my home. He was able to fix the problem I was having quickly without sacrificing quality. He did a really good job and I would definitely use these guys again because of it. more

I really liked them 11/10/2016

I had a little plumbing issue and the people over at Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical were the ones who were able to take care of that issue. They quickly responded to my call and got someone out to my home which was nice. While my issue was not particularly and emergency it was still nice to see them get someone out as quickly as possible. The plumber they sent out was very professional and respectful of my home. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I really liked these guys and their good prompt service. more

Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical was kind of expensive but they did what needed to get done. This was the first time I used them and I will probably use them again because quality of the work makes it worth it to me. I didn't get a 2nd estimate but their reputation is of being a bit expensive and I presume that maybe I could have gotten it done for less but I'm satisfied and I have no qualms with what I paid. more

In a stressful situation, from the first call to the last goodbye, All of the Abacus TEAM helped me tremendously. Lisa, who took my initial inquiry was professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic to the situation. Ben, the dispatcher, called within minutes to assure that the Technician had been notified and would be arriving shortly. Chris Temple, the actual Technician called to say he was on the way. Chris showed up and immediately went to work explaining every step and thought he was having on how to solve the situation. Bob showed up exactly when Chris said he would to scope our sewer line for the analysis. First, Bob explained everything he was about to do and then accomplished the task just as he had explained. Bottom line, the sewer line was cleared and cleaned as quickly as possible. Clear and concise explanations of my options were given to us in easily understood language that does not take a PHD to grasp. Thank you Abacus and a great job for me and the wife today. more

I was very pleased with the professionalism and technical expertise exhibited by Mr. Cunningham. He not only explained why my A/C unit wasn't cooling, he also showed me the burned wire and aging condenser on my unit, discussed the lifespan of a typical A/C unit, and answered all of my questions about replacement units. He sent me estimates via email for replacement A/C units and promptly answered all of my follow up questions. The level of customer service that I received from Mr. Cunningham was truly outstanding. more

Great Job!! Could not have asked for better service. 11/5/2016

My technician, Roland B., was outstanding. Arrived on time, told me what the problem was and fixed it in a timely manner. After work was completed, gave me a re-cap of performed work, cleaned the area and told me what to look for to prevent future problems. Great personality, and professional technician. If all your employees are as good as Roland, great job. If not, you should clone him!! more

I think the thing that I liked the most about the guy from Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical is that you could really tell that he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and he answered all of the questions that we had. He did an excellent job and we really could not have asked for more. I would definitely recommend them, and will not hesitate to call them again in the future. more

Good work, a bit pricey 10/31/2016

The work from Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical went well, though was a bit more expensive than I was thinking it would be. I hired them and had them come out because it was an emergency and we needed the work done that day. They were very prompt, able to come out quickly, and the work was done very well, but was more expensive than I would like to have paid. more

Quick fix to a garbage disposal jam 10/28/2016

Called Abacus to fix garbage disposal. Came out less than 24 hours later. Gave an arrival window and gave at least 30 minutes notice before actual arrival which I liked. Fixed my problem in about 25 minutes. Plumber was knowledgable and efficient. Cost was about what I expected (but higher than I would have liked). Overall a good experience other than the cost sting. more

The leak under a bathroom sink was perfectly repaired. 10/26/2016

I rely on Abacus Plumbing for all my home's plumbing needs. Eddie Caballero always does a great job! Because of the age of the pipes in my home, today's repair was trickier than most. Still, he completed the repair without a hitch. When he left, the bathroom was impeccable. Thank you, Abacus, for reliable, great service! more

Received a courtesy phone call to let me know tech was on the way. He showed up on time in the Abacus truck. Furthermore, his name was on his shirt to identify him completely. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He inspected all parts of the a/c system, and gave me a report. I am satisfied with the work done. more
