Or experience followed 2 years of off & on ability to use a bathroom addition that just continued to have problems. At last the real problem was discovered and fixed!! If your rep had not been determined to find out why we kept having problems, we'd be headed for the 'same ole' again! His willingness to really listen and determination to see it through, led to a "nasty" job implosion, but he never slacked off, though he surely could. He saw the job through to the "real end of our troubles!! more

Abacus plumber Ryan installed a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal , hot water dispenser and filter at our home. He arrived on time, was friendly, wore shoe covers (yeah!) and explained all the details of the work to be performed. Then he proceeded to work for the next 5 hours to do the job (only stopping for lunch and to go get the hot water dispenser). He even cleaned up after himself. Definitely recommend Abacus plumbing and I will be using them again, especially since I now belong to the Abacus Club. Thank you for a pleasant experience. more

He arrived on time, was friendly, wore shoe covers (yeah!) and explained all the details of the work to be performed. Aaron was previously at the location due to a leak in the unit next to mine. Due to the fact that the pipe was mine and I wasn't home to authorize repairs, the leak was clamped temporarily. Since Aaron was familiar with the leak I chose to use your company and also request Aaron. I was given several quotes and also given the option of joining Abacus and getting additional savings. I was very impressed with his work and each time he had to come in my side he put the slippers over his shoes. I highly recommend Abacus and an extra thank you to Aaron for getting the job done in a timely manner. more
