The plumber,Timmy,arrived earlier than we had expected.(which is great-didn't have to sit around half day waiting for him)He was thorough in his checkup-spent about 35-40 mins checking out all the plumbing in the house(even pipes in the attic). He was very courteous,clean and efficient(even wore shoe covers).After draining the water heater,he showed us what would be the recommended course of action on a few items that were not satisfactory(gave suggestions with pricing).He was very easy to work with, happy, and overall, when we need another plumber,we will definitely call Abacus.
