Or experience followed 2 years of off & on ability to use a bathroom addition that just continued to have problems. At last the real problem was discovered and fixed!! If your rep had not been determined to find out why we kept having problems, we'd be headed for the 'same ole' again! His willingness to really listen and determination to see it through, led to a "nasty" job implosion, but he never slacked off, though he surely could. He saw the job through to the "real end of our troubles!!
