This was my first time using ABACUS and besides the hard to find leak that I needed fixed I was using this as a trial run for future work in my home. Don, the technician, was very conscientuous and put in the extra effort to make certain that things were fixed correctly. He did such a great job that I am having him put in a new hot water heater later this week. Not only did he demonstrate great pride in his own work but he also seemed to sincerely take great pride in the company he works for. That's always a great endorsement for us wary consumers.
