I took in consideration of the good online ratings I saw regarding Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical - which persuaded me to try them out instead of their competition...

Excellent, Professional and Dependable 2/9/2013

I'm a bit of a handyman and I'll admit that I sometimes get myself in trouble by tackling more than I can chew or when those simple jobs turn out to be more complex than anticipated. From the moment I initiated my call I was greated with a warm professional voice that made me feel not just like a number but sympathized with my need for professional help. Christine put my worries at ease as she listened with care and explained how Abacus Plumbing would help me get the job done. Technitian John Cantu arrived at my house and listened to my concerns. He immediately went to work and diagnosed the problem in no time. My problem was fixed and I was able to get back to other things. Did not even want to quote the job, called the previously bought fixtures low quality without even seeing them. Do not bother calling a waste of time. If this is the attitude I cannot imagine the work quality is much better. more

I had two hot water heaters installed by Pope, and they aren't working properly. Discussions continue, and my next post will give details on their response. I agree with previous posts, their prices are high. more

TOO EXPENSIVE $450 FOR ONLY STOP THE LEAK. Call to schedule appointment and no one show up. Have to follow up two times. technician finally show up and ask for $150 per hour and unable to tell how much time needed more

Not a good company 9/27/2012

These people charged me $245 to clear out my pipe part of the way. 45 min later they wanted to charge another $150 to finish! I said I would rather replace the sewage pipe. They said they could have their plumber give me an estimate for $81! I told them I would find someone for a free estimate. They claimed no one gives free estimates. Five min. later I had two apts for FREE estimates! more

I was looking for some pipe i ask a worker near by if he could help me he tell's me to (go over there and see what we got and if you can't find anything i dont what to tell you)...i dident come to him to tell him to goo look my self i ask you for some help!!! doosh bag! Don't think I will use this company again; they did not show up as promissed. Called to get a price on replacing a hot water heater. Got answering service who had a plumber return my call. He said he would have to come by to give me a price (only company that required this). Didn't show up as soon as promissed. Nice guy and gave me a price, in line with others that I had received more

Not a good company 8/8/2012

I was not pleased with there service. They said that they would come and repair and underground gas leak and never came out and didn't return my call when I asked them about it. Donald makes the company sound good on the phone but there actions show that they are not dependable or reliable. I went with another company. :-( more
