I have used ARS for years. Willie F. is my service expert. I completely trust him and this company. We had a new A/C unit installed in 2010, and most recently April Aire air cleaner and Gem Tech air sanitizer in June of this year. We are very pleased with the results. We had many questions about the air cleaner and air sanitizer and Willie answered all of them. We did research of both on the internet just to make sure. After they were installed, all I could say to him was "why didn't we do this earlier"? I rate this company and Willie F. very highly! more

ARS is very easy to deal with. Set up an AC appointment online, received a call in a timely manner, and a friendly, knowledgeable technician arrived as promised. The diagnosis and repair was quick and accurate, and all of my questions were answered. more

Great A/C Repair Company 6/15/2013

Mike F. was very knowledgable and professional. He was very patient and answered all the questions we had and took the time on a afternoon and stayed later to make sure our A/C was running and cooling properly. very nice and friendly, our problem was fixed right and promptly during the initial visit! We will definitely request for Mike F again if we are to have any problems. Thank you Mike F for all the help!!! more

He saw the problem immediately, gave us his considered opinion about our options, presented the estimate of charges. \r Luis was extremely competent, cooperative, answered our questions readily. Luis came to repair my washing machine today. As a good repair technician, he checked the ticket, so when he arrived he was able to isolate the problem. He informed me of my options and provided me with an estimate. I agreed to the repair, which he completed very quickly and to my satisfaction. He seems to be a very capable, knowledgeable individual. I will not hesitate to call ARS again, based on his performance. more

Zach came out today to do the sprint air conditioner check/tune-up and did an overall excellent job. He discovered a problem with the air purifier system and fixed the problem under warranty---no charge to us more
