Peter W. came to our home, identified the problems with our 14 yr-old A/C system, consulted with me expertly about my options, and set me at ease. My system is repaired now and I will schedule an orderly replacement in the near future -- a $9,500 decision in about 30 minutes. Will continue to use ARS.
