Luis came to repair my washing machine today. As a good repair technician, he checked the ticket, so when he arrived he was able to isolate the problem. He informed me of my options and provided me with an estimate. I agreed to the repair, which he completed very quickly and to my satisfaction. He seems to be a very capable, knowledgeable individual. I will not hesitate to call ARS again, based on his performance.
