Poor Service Call 5/27/2016

I had an appointment from 12-3PM yesterday, 5/26/2016 for gutter cleaning. . I phoned Arocon around 11:30AM to make payment and confirm the reservation. I was told that the technician was in Baltimore and would arrive at my home in about 20 minutes. I was also told that I could pay him by check upon completion of the gutter cleaning. No one showed up, nor did I not receive a call stating his delay or absence. Arocon has performed this service for me in the past and I have even had discussions concerning roof replacement, however, I don't think I could use any of your services again. I wasted an afternoon waiting for a call or the technician. Customer service is paramount to any business process. Needless to say, as a potential customer, I am extremely disappointed that my time is not valued by your business. RESPONSE FROM Arocon Roofing: We did contact this customer in regards to rescheduling this appointment. Our technician did go to the property and found that there was no one home at the time, We would be happy to schedule a technician out to provide this service at a later date - please contact our company at (410) 861-6767. more

Please beaware that Arocon hires drug addicts and felones. I know Will Moore personally, hes worked for a friend of mine where he stole from the company. He has a drug record, and is a known user in the Baltimore Area. more

Jason was a great tech. He came in, straightforward and kind. Normally I dread these things cause they come in trying to sweet talk you, but he didn't. He was straight to the polite, precise, didn't waste any of my time, and was understanding about my situation. He instantly called and scheduled me a appointment post haste. Made me feel like I could trust the company and the advice he was giving. Showing pictures really made everything crystal clear. I would highly recommend Jason. more

Roof-Tuneup by Arocon's Will Moore = A+ 12/13/2015

From the beginning of the scheduling of my "roof tune-up" to job completion, Excellent Service all the way without reservation. Lucky for me, Will Moore was the workman. Very courteous, found the source of my two known roof leaks, educated me on a "popped nail" caused leak, caulked pipes and flashing as needed, and super cleaned my 2 story house gutters and made some minor downspout attachment improvements where he recommended. Will was efficient and careful throughout the various tasks. Definitely A+ on this job. I was completely satisfied. Period! more

Best Bang for the Buck 10/22/2015

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for a roof tune up (scheduled 1 week out). Hunter arrived on time and quickly diagnosed our roof issue. He provided a clear explanation and a cost effective repair. During the rest of the tune up, he provided clear explanations of general and site-specific roofing issues (lichen/moss growth, age of roof, vent collars, flashing, etc). He is amiable and knowledgeable and will highly recommend his services, and Arocorn in general, to any homeowner. more

Jason spent over an hour inspecting and repairing my gutters. He explained where the problems were and what to do about him. He was personable and clear. He did not engage in hard sell tactics. I felt I was dealing with a professional and would definitely go to him again if I needed additional work. more

Profession, Punctual and Personable 10/21/2015

I got a deal through living social. I loved them so much I had them come do my gutters. Professional. Not pushy and only recommend what is really needed. They showed me pictures of what that was and life is now good after they did what they did. Hunter Riley is the man. Glad I found this company. When I get my new house, they will be my roofing people for years to come! more

Jason arrived on time. He was very professional and personal. He took the time to explain wverything. This was a great time dealing with a contractor. You can tell he's more concerned with helping and explaining to the customer the issues and ways to solve the problems. He was not pushy and he's very honest. We will now be getting a estimate from AROCON Roofing and Construction due to Jason's handling of us. more
