Jason came out on time on Saturday morning. He was scheduled at 7:30 am and was a few minutes earlier. That's huge because the windows given by contractors aren't usually followed in my experience. He came out explained the program and never once mentioned replacement. He Saif that determination is made after the inspection. He found the leaks and took care of them. He educated me on my current roof situation and reccomended ways to fix. We are now getting a consultant for a roof replacement. 5 stats for this incredible service. Jason is a credit to the roofing industry. more

Outstanding service 6/9/2015

I had the $99.00 roof tune up done by Arocon and was very impressed by their outstanding service. Tech Hunter was on time, professional, and informative. Even though my house is a newly built, he took the time to inspect it thoroughly and gave suggestions on how to prevent future problems. Thank you for a job well done. more

This is the best service. Very well worth the $99.00. Jason came out and inspected the attic, roof and gutters. Found the issue and which was a leAk at the aluminum ridge vent. He sealed it off for us. Now we are getting an estimate for a repair or replacement. Jason is very honest in his assesment of the roof and the appointment was very low pressure and he made us feel comfortable. more

First time experience with Arocon Services was excellent. I researched local roof repair on the web and came across their Roof Tune Up services. Wow, a company that answers the phone on first try is hard to find these days and very much appreciated. They were professional and courteous during appointment scheduling. Hunter Riley, Arocon Technician, called in advance to confirm availability and arrived on time. His services were thorough and exceeded my expectations. Highlighted skills included knowledge of Saint-Gobain CertainTeed shingles, color match, resourcefulness on where to procure that day and most importantly quality of workmanship. He shared with me a attic/roof/gutter 21 inspection report specific to my home and what to expect in the future. The thoroughness that Arocon delivers to their customers is unparallel from previous experiences. When you find a service provider that meets and exceeds your expectations, share with others. got the info from angies list. they came when they were supposed to, did the work i asked for. did a great job. the tech Hunter Riley was wonderful, professional thorough couldn't have asked for a better experience. will use them again and refer them when ever i have the chance,. the service guy seemed trust worthy did not try to sell me something i didn't need. this weil go along way for more business for Arocon thanks more

Linda, coordinator, was very helpful in making initial appt. When rain/snow was forecasted, she called to reschedule appt. The night before, she called to make sure the appt would be kept. Will, my roof technician called to let me know he was at my back door. He explained everything he would do, including taking the before & after pictures. When he was finished on the roof, he explained the condition of the roof, showing pictures while he was talking. He answered every question I had and made sure I completely understood the treatment he put on the roof. He made a recommendation for more work and called Linda to set up an appt with Larry (I believe). He left a copy of the report and assured me I would have copies of the pictures sent to my email address. I had the pictures the next day. I find Will and Linda to be very professional and considerate. It was very nice to work with them. more
