Excellent Service 3/21/2015

As a longtime homeowner, I've had alot of bad service over the years. Arocon didn't just meet, but beat my expectations and went above and beyond the all of duty. I was amazed when Lee came out that he worked outside in the freezing cold on a Saturday morning, and still took his time and did other things he saw needed doing without me asking. That's what I call A+ service!!! more

Knowldgeable, Great Customer Service 1/30/2015

Jon came out to repair a vent pipe gasket that was leaking on our roof. He couldn't access it because of the snow but happy with the advice has gave and look forward to when the weather clears up for him to come out and finish the work. Been a pleasure working with Arocon, great customer service. more

gutter tune up 1/28/2015

Will the tech called before the appointment, was on time, courteous, and efficient when performing the gutter tune up. He provided photos of current status of gutters and roof. Very informative but no high pressure sales pitch for unnecessary extras. Will recommended that I schedule a quote for a new roof and I will definitely do that. more

Gutter Check Up 1/21/2015

I cannot say enough good things about Arocon Roofing. The contractor who came out to check on what I though was my leaking roof/gutters was great. Ian was professional, took photos of the areas in question, and explained everything to me. I was happily surprised to know that I did not need a new roof or gutters. All that was needed were brackets to hold the gutters in place. They were originally nailed into the siding with these tiny screws. I am not a professional contractor but even I would know that tiny screws would not hold a gutter in place for more than several years. I would be happy to give a reference to anyone who will ask for one. more

They cleaned the gutters and made other gutter recommendations that I know will help keep my house in great shape. Also provided TERRIFIC advice and expected follow-up on a fireplace problem we hadn't been able to solve. Thanks to Mark at Arocon. more
