AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring

It was a good experience. Our neighbor's son is a builder and a good friend and he recommended AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring to me, and I am glad he did. We were hit with a bad case of mold, so we had to strip and throw away our wall-to-wall carpeting. After the mold was cleaned and everything was sanitized, AJ Rose put in new padding and rugs, and they did a very good job. The installers who came out were very competent and they worked very hard. We had a great experience with AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring. They came on time, did job a great job, and they finished early. We are very happy with our experience, and we have already recommended them. My husband was home to oversee the work the first day and I was home the second day. We were both impressed. They actually showed up early the second day in anticipation of traffic, and they finished about an hour early. When they were done, they cleaned up beautifully and vacuumed everything. We have used AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring twice. Once was for our kitchen flooring, which is sheet vinyl, and we recently used them for our family room carpet. We purchased carpet from them this past summer, and they installed it. Everything was great. I like the color of the carpet, and I like the quality of it as well. The installers were great. I was happy with experience and the people. All and all it was a positive experience. I would certainly recommend them if someone was thinking about flooring or carpet. more

We had never used AJ Rose before. The sales person was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in picking out a carpet that would work for us. The installers were sensational. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. We had no trouble whatsoever. They installed wall-to-wall carpet on the second floor of the house, and it was a big job for us. They did an excellent job. It was really a first-rate experience and they never pushed us to buy more, in terms of cost, than we able to manage. They worked within our available budget and got us the best possible product in that range. more

I have a background in sales and customer service and I was amazed by the level of service AJ Rose provided. The salesperson did not have a clue if I would buy or not, but everything he told me he would do, he did. They consistently delivered on all of their promises plus more. And, the installers they subcontracted were fabulous. The prices for this kind of work are always roughly the same, so it really comes down to the service, and I would not hesitate to recommend AJ Rose to anyone. more

From the time we bought the carpet at the store itself, our experience with AJ Rose was very positive. They took us through many choices and they did not try to sell us the most expensive products. They knew we wanted a carpet for a condo we were selling, so that meant something decent but not overboard. They were good about that. When they came to put it in, all the electricity went out in the complex. I thought that would be a big problem for the installers, but they worked around it. They did everything they could and did not complain. They just did what they had to do. Afterwards, they walked me through to make sure all of the furniture was put back in palace. However, after they were gone, I realized that they did not put one of the doors back on the hinges. It was in the laundry room, so we all missed it. We called them and they immediately called back and offered to return that night, but we arranged for them to come back the next day. I recommend them. more

Our experience with AJ Rose Carpets and Flooring was fantastic. We were actually unsure where to go, so I logged onto the Internet and searched for “carpet” and I recognized their name from their advertisements. We went to their store and it was an enormous showroom. Their showroom was overwhelming, but the salesperson introduced himself and he really guided to the areas to focus on. He showed us items that were on sale as well, and I was impressed because he actually steered us away from the more high cost options, as they were not necessary for our room. After that, he allowed us to look on our own. We were give free reign, and we ultimately found something. The price was was to be expected but the outcome was fantastic. The carpet we chose had a pattern, so they sent a group that specializes in matching patterns according to seam, and they did a phenomenal job. They showed up on time and worked from early in the morning until 8 at night. They are an outfit that AJ Rose contracts with, and we were shocked by the outcome. We have a lot of pattern and it needed to be cut very carefully and put together very carefully. The job was done beautifully. They were all very professional. Our sales person was very nice and accommodating. He actually came to the house personally, which I guess he is supposed to do to measure, but he even sent a box of cookies afterwords. We are very pleased with the way everything turned out. Initially we thought we would not have enough carpet, but the installers were able to bind and seam the carpet to put it on the stairs, which we did not expect. Stacy and Steve more
