We had never used AJ Rose before. The sales person was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in picking out a carpet that would work for us. The installers were sensational. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves. We had no trouble whatsoever.
They installed wall-to-wall carpet on the second floor of the house, and it was a big job for us. They did an excellent job. It was really a first-rate experience and they never pushed us to buy more, in terms of cost, than we able to manage. They worked within our available budget and got us the best possible product in that range.
